I'm on the don't rehire when the last taco bell on NW Expressway was racist even to me in drive through about needing a white person to work here when I was only a customer at that point. P.S. I ran a KFC /Taco Bell in Mt. Shasta while all the employees engaged in drug activity. Three Taco Bells all got 0 stars ?
Kid dropped my change on the ground in the drive thru and then acted like if I wanted it I as gonna have to get it myself like it was no big deal. No apology. No nothing. Then our order wasn't complete. We were missing food that we paid for. Hope that's not the norm
The order was not correct. This seems to happen all the time at this Taco Bell. The burrito with no beans there was nothing on it. They need to get some people who care about working and good customer service.
Their food is good and all but, I showed up at the speaker at around 11:30 and waited to be served and it never happened. I thought they closed at 1am but I guess I'm wrong.

My crunch wrap was flat and barely had any of the ingredients in it. My kids taco with just meat and cheese had more filling. I'm always disappointed with the food from this location. I won't be back
I give 3 stars because normally this Taco Bell gets our order right every single time. I give 3 stars though also because we went today and people just seemed a bit rude. We were given a Pepsi that looked light, like tea, and it was all carbonation. We asked them kindly if they would fix it. They spent a little time and gave us a drink that still appeared off but was still very much carbonation. We were in drive-thru. Normally this is the Taco Bell we choose to visit as it's the better of the ones we've gone to (the worst being the location at SW 3rd and Rockwell - completely unprofessional and RUDE manager).If you have that Taco Bell craving, this is the best location we've visited. They always get the order right.
What can I say? I have had taco bell all my life, each restaurant has its own vibe to it, drive-thru is iffy at any of them, but I cannot stand not being able to eat inside. Weather it is due to staff shortages, covid, or any other mixture of issues beyond the control of mere humans, there HAS to be a way to get things settled down. Enough of my rant, I am getting back to my taco ?
I seriously wish I could give this place ZERO STARS! ZERO! my food was not supposed to be prepared until I actually got there, once I got there my food had been sitting out the entire time. But I tried to look past that but once home, I opened my taco, and it's soggy. Open my chulapa, it's soggy. Opened my bean burrito, soggy. Etc I placed five orders and every single one was soggy, incomplete, tasted disgusting, and I couldn't even eat it. I saved up my rewards to have it as a Christmas dinner, that I didn't even get to enjoy, not a refund, nor a redo of my food even after contacting them! Also, I was missing an item in every single ORDER!. AND was given no mild sauces liked I asked. So horrible disgusting food and horrible customer service. I will literally never NEVER EVER eat here AGAIN! ZERO STARS AND I RECOMMEND YOU EAT AT HOMR THAN HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!
I wouldn't order delivery service thru this location, they ignore the driver picking it up and only serve the drive thru, leaving your order to be served whenever they feel like it.
