Listen, I like Taco Bell. I love Taco Bell even. But gosh dang.We ordered using the kiosk (the only one that works) and I was paying cash so after I placed the order I went to the counter to pay. The boy there says "couldn't figure out out " referring to the kiosk in a condescending way. I told him I just needed to pay.We waited about 5 minutes for the food and he hands us a bag and tried to walk off. We had ordered specialty drinks, and they were nowhere to be seen. He tried to give us cups for fountain drinks.Honestly, so rude to talk to someone like that at all, but the irony in the fact HE COULDN'T FIGURE IT OUT when it came to reading the order is golden.The iced coffee is great though. ?
This taco bell wouldnt even take our order but they did they people in front of us so I guess don't bother..
We like to order on line and go pick it up. $5 Cravings box is tasty.
Kids playing around while my food sat on the counter, my cheesy gordita crunch looked purposely smashed with taco shell pieces falling out as I open it. Not a single napkin in my bag... I doubt I'll buy my food from here again

They didn't complete my order. I was glad we decided to eat in the parking lot. Would've been enfuriated if I had driven back to house. But going inside to resolve issue was even more ticked off. They acted like I should've just ignored my missing items. Then acted like I put them out for having to take time out of their schedule to fix it. What about me having to get out of my car and come in here because you chose to leave items off of my order???. Then could care less about customer service to offer ANYTHING for my trouble, and like I said earlier, I offended them for asking it to be fixed anyway... Why would they offer me anything when I should've just accepted it instead of putting THEM out???The lobby reaked and I just told myself I'm glad we drove through or I wouldn't have eaten here at all.I am certain I won't return!!!!
Order was correct, hot and came out quick. Very polite window girl the day I was there.
