SARA IS AMAZING, I had lost my wallet and the last place I remember it was at subway, I go in and I’m clearly stressed and Sara with no problem was going to help me and check the cameras for me as soon as she was able to and I could tell she truly cared even though it was something so small, she gave me great customer service, it wasn’t just an “okay I’ll call you about it later” she truly did her best to help me and I can’t tell her how much i appreciated that
Not happy with this subway at all ordered bacon on a sandwich paid $2.00 extra didn't get it got a footlong chicken BACON ranch with modifications and it had no bacon and the footlong steak I ordered had a bunch of other random stuff on it I didn't order. I get that they are busy and I don't mind waiting for quality and making sure everything is correct on the order. Hopefully in the future they will triple check orders.
Bought a footlong meatball sub sandwich she puts two meatballs on each side of the bread and when I asked her to add more she scrapes the side of the walls and drops some burnt meatball sauce on my sandwich worst place ever
This location had three of the friendliest employees working that evening. Not only were they friendly, but they really worked together well and swiftly provided me my two subs in under 5 min and with enthusiasm and accuracy.
Two of the employees were wearing their masks as chin straps. One employee was actually wearing it. Thank you to that guy. The two ladies working tonight might as well just take them off! ? ? ?

I think they need to put more meat on their sandwiches instead of having to pay for for double mear
