I’m not sure if it was the manager or just the oldest lady working. But totally rude. Pushed me out the window when I was trying to fix my order . I wanted the same build just switch to an Americano style with only 2 shots of coffee cause I’m pregnant. (I wasn’t sure how to order it) They told me to park and come inside to figure it out cause they can’t have me sitting at the window while trying to figure out my order. I said exactly what I wanted, I just wanted americano style with only 2 shots. I pulled around to park they finally brought it out, I asked if there’s only 2 shots of espresso and the kid didn’t know. Not happy how I was treated and pushed out as a customer when it was an easy fix. I understand window times but you don’t treat customers that way,
The employees were so kind!!! They were out of my espresso I ordered on the app but they were very nice and gave me a ton of options to make sure I was happy with my order. The barista that made my drink, came to the window to make sure that she made it correctly (it’s complicated) cause she wanted to make sure it was correct. Above and beyond service ;) made my morning
This Starbucks is the best. We order a vanilla latte and a non fat white chocolate mocha WITH whip and it is perfect every time. In Mustang it is wrong 4 out of 5 times so we drive farther to get it in Yukon. Much better here.
So just a heads up on our expensive Starbucks coffee that we love. Make sure you check your coffee at this location. This is the 3rd time I've received a coffee not even 3/4ths full. Little ridiculous considering yall make it and can clearly see how full it is before you pass it to the customer.

I will never visit this or any other Starbucks again. They are all weirdo places New, weirdo employees and weirdo customers, I ordered a large brewed coffee and it tasted old and burnt, I like my coffee sweet with cream and sugar, you can no longer flavor your own coffee, and when I asked for a bunch of surger, ai was handed 3 little packs, when I said that's not enough for a large, the person said let me find some more and found two more old dirty looking packs behind the counter, she then went to where the flavorings, cream sugar etc use to be located, pulled a new box out, had me open it and then let me grab all the sugar I needed. I asked for half and half an she poured a little cup for me to add. It was after all this, I noticed the coffee didn't lighten with the amount of cream I always add and had added my amount of sugar when I discovered the coffee was old smelly and burnt tasting and not very hot. I have been to many Starbucks overs the years since they dominated the marked, but they are terrible these days, and you can't blame the virus problems. They have been nose diving for awhile. Luckily there are many new competitors popping up.
Bought the iced caramel macchiato and it tasted like water and old coffee. Usually, in other locations it taste good. In this location this particular drink was disappointing.
