I needed an iced tea like nobody's business. It was 97° and I don't have AC in the vehicle I was driving. I ordered an unsweet iced tea. He brought it to me.WHERE IS THE ICE? Either they didn't bother with ice or the tiny amount they added melted while walking to my car...regardless, I would have been embarrassed to hand that to a customer...Do better, Sonic.
I ordered a cake batter shake tonight and was given a strawberry shake (I understand accidents happen) but once we came back to have it replaced they were very rude when we stated that there was a mix up. They "corrected" it by barely mixing the shake so it was half way full of shake with gritty powder inside it and the other half of the cup was pure whipped cream. And on top of that when they were "handing" it back the guy practically threw it at us while giving us a dirty look. We will not be coming back to your location again. We will drive the extra minutes it takes to get to the mustang road location. They weren't even that busy, there were 2 or 3 other cars besides us there. Terrible service.
Unable to order. Stalls are all broken and can’t use the app either to see the stall number - because they’re all broken. Not sure how this place is functioning without them.
Order online when got there still had to wait and when we did get our food it was cold tator tots and cheddar bits. Fish sandwiches 3 total had no tartar sauce on then also barely warm not tasty at all. I ordered a cup of ice and when asked for straw the car hop got an attitude because she had to go inside to get one.
this location has never gotten my order right once. I’ve gotten something different each time and every single time it has been incorrect. Just disappointing when you pay for something and don’t get it / it isn’t what you wanted.
The hot dog that we bought was not even able to chew as it was rock solid . When tried to explain the manager of store was not at all appropriate and approachable. I seriously doubt they have ever received any customer service support. Sonic please deal with this shop as all you can see in these reviews are horrible service and how we don't get food for the money we paid .
Food is good but the card readers/screens are often broken. Very nice carhops! Not the place to go if you're in a hurry due to staffing and level of busyness during peak times.
I live literally across the street and had my husband go there this evening to get me a bag of ice and I was really craving an Oreo cheesecake shake (my favorite!) And was so very disappointed when he got home and what they gave him was a regular plain vanilla shake...of course by time I figured this out they had closed. ?
Wow, very disappointing, I should have listened to the other bad reviews. Placed a mobile order for some breakfast, waited for a decent amount of time before it was brought out. I ordered the super sonic breakfast burrito and was pretty disappointed. The burrito didn’t even have tots inside like it was supposed to, and instead of diced tomatoes, they threw two slices of tomatoes on there (gross). Will not be returning again.
I keep giving them chances over and over but I’m sick of it! Although the food is usually pretty tasty it just doesn’t make up for how slow, inaccurate and incompetent they really are. When you order your food online through the app it so you can just pick it up when you get there not so you can wait for it to be cooked after you get there and check in. This place was always convenient to me because it was right down the street but I’m quitting them for good I’m tired of them wasting my time getting everything wrong and still charging me for everything not once have they even offered anything for all the inconveniences they’ve given me I mean it this time I quit them for good and there’s no need for you to give me a cheesy answer about if I want to take this further call your corporate office or the franchise owner they should contact me I shouldn’t get a message from you saying to contact them this is my only way of contacting them because I’m not gonna read this review because I’m not going back to this place again and I don’t care about them anymore I’ve been giving them my money for 30+years I’m done
