Fountain drink station was out of nearly half the drink options, several of which are typically top customer choices. Not busy, but slow service, some dirty tables, and when I asked for a combo, but asked if I could upgrade side item for a fee, they said no. I already told them I wanted drink, but then I was asked if I wanted chips. I thought she meant as an up-sell to our current order...so I replied "no thank you" and then I wasn't given a side item at all with the combo I ordered and paid for. My 2 teen taughters and I ordered only 2 full sandwiches ?, 1 of which was intended as not a combo, but added a medium drink, 1 Pick 2, with a medium drink added...costed me $37. I left feeling very hungry, and none of us got a drink of preferred choice. ?

I am so very disappointed. We went thru the drive thru and ordered for 3 people. I ordered my turkey avocado sandwich without onion, because I'm allergic to onions. Thank God not in the anaphylaxis way, I get very sick to my stomach for 24 to 48 hours. Not only did my sandwich have onions, of which I ate half of, but the Cinnabon was burnt, extra icing for only one. No forks no napkins, and no more plans of going there again. Plus we can add that before I made this review, I called them so that they would know what happened, and mind you, I was in customer service for decades, so I'm polite, but honest. No one answered the phone.

The food here is amazing to say the least and the service was really good too, I would give it more stars if I could!

Went to drive thru. Sandwiches were sloppy the bread was ripped and impossible to eat without utensils. Waste of time and money today.

My wife thought the Turkey Guacamole was excellent. Turkey Bacon Club was good. It's still expensive for two sandwiches. They were not the large ones.

On my last visit I did not know you had to down load their app. just to get what they sent you in a email. The first lady that was at the window was super nice, but then another lady came to the window and she was very loud and rude. I just told her I would pay the regular price for the Cinnabon, just so I could get away from that loud woman.I haven't been back since. I love Schlotzsky's but if I have to deal with someone like that I will go somewhere else.

This really surprised me. The sandwiches were very large and filling. The prices were a little bit higher than Arby's or a typical fast food place, but not by much. Overall, the food quality, quantity, and drink sizes were awesome. My daughter has Celiac disease and I appreciate the gluten-free options that they have as well.

Knowing this Schlotzskys was open on the west end of Oklahoma City allowed me to work through hunger pains all the way from the Texas line.Their original sandwich was just as good as I was hoping. I should have ordered two and taken it with me as I traveled eastward.

This place is actually really good. I hadn't eaten here until recently and I've had a very good experience so far. The food is purely amazing. The service has been pretty great. No complaints! I do see myself coming back again.

Food was good but the meat on the sandwich wasn't anywhere near the meat on the marquis picture. I would expect better from a deli/sandwich shop. Price would be fine if the sandwich was a little thicker. Staff was friendly and a nice clean place
