Hostess became our waitress who was one of the best ive ever had. Shes moving to Georgia theyre losing a good one! Food was exceptional! Atmosphere fantastic!
The staff was short handed but our waitress was very helpful refilling our drinks often & trying to make us as comfortable as she could during our wait for our food. Which was excellent as always.
The food is great at this location, but whoever it is cutting the yard needs to be fired. Driving straight through the parking lot, cutting cars off, and cussing at people because HE is cutting cars off. There are better companies out there for the job. Makes Rib Crib look very unprofessional.
Was told RibCrib had best barbecue ribs in town. Disputing that I will add I appreciate Billy Sims ribs better, could be just personal preference.Ordered a half rack of ribs with a side of beans, cob of corn, side salad, and sweet tea.Salad was not typical lettuce but huge leafy greens not well cut and difficult to eat, very small diced up tomatoes in the bottom of a huge bowl. Worst salad I’ve ever been served. Our waitress did not ask what dressing we would like instead automatically served ranch dressing and we had to ask for something different.Ribs were tender and falling off the bone but was served to us dry and again we had to ask for barbecue sauce.Side beans not very tasty in comparison to Billy Sims beans.Side of corn on the cob was overcooked and mushy.Waitress was friendly and attentive to beverage refills. Needs more attention to asking customers what options they prefer for salad dressing and barbecue sauce.Dining room was not too busy even with a sign claiming they were shortstaffed and service may take longer but we were served pretty quickly. Not a terrible dining experience even though we had to ask for our options.Still in my opinion Billy Sims barbecue is better tasting and comparable in price.
Our waitress was super sweet and attentive. We never had to wait for anything. Food was buh-liscious as always. Even the leftovers were good:) I always enjoy coming here.
No hard feelings against the waitress but I was really disappointed that I wasn’t given a free bbq sandwich and side (if you got the rewards app) because no one knew how to use the app and apparently weren’t allowed to even have it if they worked there. They mentioned how corporate sprung it on them and they weren’t taught how to do it. It’s sad that you can promote something but not teach your employees how to help the customers get the free items. You could at least erase the promotion while the “manager” isn’t there to assist on weekends. My pregnant wife was pretty sad too but at least the nachos we ordered were good.
Grabbed some to go since we were staying overnight down the road. Ordered a family meal plus 2 meat meal (we did double ribs). No plastic ware, plates, napkins, anything that a to go order would need and they didn't ask or offer when I went in to pickup. I was expecting bread or something similar since we had meat by the pound and there was nothing. The Mac n cheese was basic but was really disappointed in the coleslaw. The beans and okra were good, and meat was okNothing special.
The Three Company is very good
The food was good and good value for the money. Staff was friendly. Only problem the tea was bitter and tasted old. Like most places they were short staffed but d I d good job for staff they had.
Got a Smoked Turkey as a gift from Rib Crib for Christmas. It was really good and the skin was really crisp which I like. Turkey was plenty big for us. Gave half to my Dad and made some Turkey Noodle soup with the leftovers. Would definitely recommend their Smoked Turkey.
