This is the first time I've been disappointed in Canes. The fries were cold and girl at the window was rude. I said thank you and nothing. She told me my price order and handed me my order. Not a smile or thank you. I've never experienced that before. Everyone is so happy and friendly normally.
I brought my family in today, busy Saturday afternoon. The staff was super kind and service was excellent! I was pleased to see the manager walking around the restaurant talking to the customers and making us feel welcome and asked if we needed anything. Super awesome store, not to mention my favorite chicken strip joint.
It was good but the chicken seem small and then they gave you a large breasts to compensate for it. They employees were courteous and professional through the drive-thru.
We have stopped here several times on our way home, every time the food has been great! Our family says it's the best raising canes we have ever been too!
Normally I LOVE Canes. Tonight was a bit different. I went through the drive thru after a long day ordered 2 Caniac combos and one extra canes sauce. When I paid with my card I wasn’t given a receipt just what had my order. At the next window I asked for my receipt. No one could figure it out. I finally was given a duplicate. Got home to find no extra sauce. I’m sorry I’m old school and check my receipts. I will still eat there but my fries were cold. ?
I have been here so many times. Never got food that was not hot. Generally the chicken is so hot that it really has to cool a little so you can eat. I actually like the limited menu items because they do what they do and do it GREAT! Sweet Tea and Lemonade are so good.

Food was hot and fresh. Quick service. Friendly staff. Love the peanuts decorations.
Good food, but I dislike Canes sauce. I don't mind paying for an alternative, but the only kind they have is not even on the menu.
Delicious. In fact, I wonder if they do breakfast… ? Life is good when you have food like this in front of you.
