So good! I just got dinner to go and they had it wrapped in foil so it was nice and got when I got home. The customer service was excellent and the flavors was on point.
First let’s start with the ticket. You pay up front before you get your meal. I don’t mind paying premium price for good food and service. This wasn’t the case. They charged $2.99 extra for butter sauce for the shrimp boil. They told us we could substitute red beans and rice for grits but didn’t tell us it would be $4.00 extra. Also if you pay with credit card it is another 3.75% extra. There was 6 of us and we all got our meals at different times. The waitress brought me my meal 31 minutes after everyone else in our family got theirs. We asked why they do this and the waitress stated they couldn’t cook the 4 pieces of fish for the blackened fish meals at the same time. I said you better get a bigger grill then. I could understand if the restaurant was packed but there was only 2 other people in the restaurant. The waitress was snippy and rude. The jumbo shrimp on the menu were not even close to being jumbo. We spent $172 and didn’t get a lot of food because of the miscellaneous charges. One of the meals was a $7 kids meal and only 2 out of the 6 got drinks (tea) other than water. The food was decent but not worth the price or the hassle. They did offer to give me the hush puppies they forgot as I was walking out the door. I advise you find another restaurant to eat at. I have ordered take out from here before. I ordered the king crab leg boil and my husband also got the king crab leg boil. They asked me what seasoning and I picked old bay. My husband got lemon pepper/garlic Parmesan. They put so much old bay on my king crab boil that it ruined it. I like spicy but after 2 bites and 2 glasses of water, I had to throw it out. My husband’s meal was delicious. The owner should take a class in how to run a restaurant. They should also talk to their waitress about customer service. Since they charged us $23.92 for the gratuity prior to getting your food, the waitress knows she can treat you however she wants! I will say the employees at the checkout counter were very nice but did not inform us of the extra charges. If you want honest reviews look at google for this restaurant. There are a lot of bad Google reviews concerning bad customer service. This is the first and only review I have done. They will delete this one when they see it.

My husband and I decided to finally try this place out and it was the biggest mistake ever. We should have turned around at the door when smelling the old grease. We ordered our food and he got a boil and I ordered a basic fish and shrimp. He received his boil which was not hot, it was cold. Sauce and seasoning was dumped on top of it. Ten minutes later I finally received my food and it was not even eatable. It was soaked in grease. We spent $80 on food that had to be threw in the trash!
5 stars for a lot of reasons!!! The customer service is impeccable, the food is immaculate!! I’ve been several times and the first time my only complaint was the amount of time it took to get my food ….However, I ultimately left pleased and continue to visit. This might be the best seafood OKlahoma has to offer!! I’ll put a bet on that! Oh && Lashon Miller ❤️ such a sweetheart. I love Ragin Cajun and I’m happy they continue to thrive.
Slow service no organization in staff, everyone didn’t know what goes to who or where. The nipsey margarita with tequila was kool aid with a salted rim I let it slide I’m not a fan of the lemon pepper crab boil not bad but not worth coming back and not Cajun!. My boil came out before my drinks gater bits came after meal was served kids meals were given last not a good experience.
OVERPRICED, GREASY, VERY SALTY!! This is the only restaurant I've been that don't have a soda. Your force to get a tea or their juice. The food is extremely salty enough for you to feel so bad and wangy when you leave this placeGreat Customer Service though. I don't think I'll give them a second chance for me to be disappointed again and leave hungry and not satisfied.
Go for the smiles, stay for the food. First time here and loving it. The staff are really nice and attentive. The oyster PoBoy was more than enough, fries included. Also had a side of okra and fried green tomatoes. The oysters were either gulf or Chesapeake with my guess being gulf, the flavor being slightly sweet and salty. Fried to perfection on a really nice toasted French roll. I'll definitely be back. If you love food done the Cajun way, you'll go too and become a fan.
Very Poor customer service. 3 tables full and only 2 entertained and checked on, almost too often.crab cakes were good, but I definitely felt like we stuck out like sore thumbs.Very greasy Fish and crab cakes.
