I really want to know if you guys even know what 2 piece dark meat and spicy even mean!!Then you won't even answer the phone! How hard is it to get one of the 2 drive thru orders right? It's not like you guys were that busy! This will be the last time I go to you guys!!
Ordered the 8 piece meal for 22.99$. Once I got to the window the price had changed to 27$. Presented tax exempt card and the meal price of 22.99$ had grown to 24.09$. Tried to explain that the meal without tax should be 22.99$.After using all there fingers and toes, they insisted on the 24.09$ price. Then they said "do you want it or not!?" I am not going to discuss this anymore. I capitulated and got the chicken, kind of hungry. Called corp. and asked them to call the restaurant to discuss the incident. The rep said all he could do was forward up the chain, he could only take incoming calls. So goes quality with the help wanted hires.
This place is awful, I have been here twice in the last 2 years and both times were a letdown. The first time they were out of everything that I wanted. The next time I was told to wait 30 seconds every 3 minutes for about 9 minutes. Don’t waste your time…
The service was pretty good this visit. We got our food fast and the guys behind the counter were busy yet kept up with the visitors in the lobby. The place was clean and our orders were correct. They seem to have been short handed but the guy behind the counter was back and forth taking up the slack.
I usually go here when the Raising Cane's is too busy. The chicken is usually not that fresh but 3 stars for being quick.
Normally no issues at this location but ordered Mac & Cheese the other day and it was basically watered pasta. Was nothing baked about it.
These fine folks were working their butts off on Christmas day. Thank you so much.

That chicken is freaking good and the red beans and rice are unbelievable!
Went in for a quick lunch, and got a crunchy burnt biscuit, took it back up to the counter and asked if we could get a biscuit that wasn't burnt, and they said that's all they have... although my son's meal had a perfectly cooked biscuit. I guess they just didn't want to give out another biscuit.... but it was disappointing and irritating
