Ok so we travel out of state about once a month and when we do we always order papa john's. Every time they mess my order up or it never shows up or something is wrong! But I love their food so I keep trying in the hopes that I will get the right food on time. Well, it has finally happened! Yukon papa john's had my order out in less time then quoted. Hot and fresh with everything I ordered! The pizza was better than any pizza I have had before! Thank you Yukon Papa Johns for great service!
This is my first time having papa Johns I asked for a large half cheese and half pepperoni pizza and the cheese had cheese but the pepperoni had just sauce and pepperoni NO CHEESE. I tried calling like 5 times no answer, isn’t that good. So I gave it to my dogs, because that’s what it taste like. Dog food.
I ordered the new extra large 1 topping pizza at 12.99 and got a large pizza in an extra large pizza box. Very Bad business practice. What a gimmick charged me 12.99 for a large 1 topping pizza. Yeah you got me but wont happen again.
Outsourcing call in orders should have been a red flag. But then to never have the pizza delivered then we had to drive to the store to get our refund. The manager is very rude and started yelling. She was wearing dirty street clothes. Don't order here
This store never answer the phone! It is annoying that you can’t get a hold of them when you want to make small request about your order. They never cut the pizza evenly or atleast close to being even that’s why I was calling more than 10 times to let them know my order is for a class party. I just wanted to make sure they would do me the favor so the kids will get the same amount of food. But it’s it irritating that they don’t answer the phone! Every single time I call.
I came to pick up a pizza for my friend who was sick with Covid just to see that the staff making the pizza had NO gloves and NO masks! Absolutely disgusting especially with the Covid cases going up. I really wish they would mandate that the people making the pizza at the very least wear gloves because regardless of Covid, that is just plain unsanitary,
1 hour 40 minutes for 2 large pizzas. Are you kidding me? Tried calling the store the phone rings off the hook then disconnects. This was my FIRST and LAST time to have Papa John’s.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Delivery driver got here and didn’t even have my order. She was super apologetic and I don’t blame her but the store should have given her my order. Called the store 10 times and no answer from front end or store manager line.
Placed an order from this location that started showing an ETA of 2+ hours for delivery…I have now spent 20 minutes trying to get someone on the phone to cancel my order and issue a refund, but no one answers except for the order taking line and I get disconnect every time I ask to get this order cancelled. This location is a joke.
We asked for a sausage and pineapple NY style pizza and got a large pepperoni pizza!
