Slow but that's because they are understaffed. Mobile ordering is a mess. Sometimes the food is overcooked. Inconsistent portion sizes. I'm a big fan of any place I can get meat and veggies as part or all of my meal so 3 stars because of that and sometimes they are so good and service is okay sometimes.
Normally pretty good but they switched the good teriyaki sauce for some packet sauce that's not that great & the last 3 times in a row they've been out of Sprite Idk why
7 o clock on a Friday and the drive thru is wicked long, the pick up for call in/ for dash is long, and the line to order is long. Think they need a logistics specialist. Definitely need a new process.
The food is good that's the only reason we go back because the service is horrible! I have to count everything every time because food is left out and the wait whether it's walk in to pick up or drive through is 30 minutes every time. And when I got coupons for entre to replace food left out they offered me a Jr box to replace a 13.95 entre that was left off.
Food was actually worth the wait, which was a loooooong time.
Always great, if your expecting authentic Asian food, your gonna be disappointed. But the food here is good. I've never eaten at a Panda Express and been disappointed.
Employees were nice. Food was good. Did have to wait 10 minutes for my Kung pao chicken. Unable to order on app. It said due to high demand at store

They didn't have tea or lids in the lobby area. The soda station was a bit of a mess. The rice was drier than normal. Otherwise the food was good and the service was awesome. A tall gentleman (unsure of his name) was very helpful!!
Took my niece here tonight and ended up going inside to order her food since she wasn’t sure what she wanted. We were helped by an employee named Elenna. This girl was AMAZING!!! She noticed my niece was having trouble communicating because she was nervous and changed the whole experience. She slowed down and calmly helped my niece get what she wanted without my niece getting anymore stressed. This location is great!
