I don’t know her name but the person taking payments and orders at the first window right now this morning has some of the best customer service I have ever received from McDonald’s or any other restaurant I’ve ever been to. So good in fact, I pulled over just to leave a review. Now, I’m not being hyperbolic. From the brief interaction you can tell she genuinely cares about what she does. If she isn’t the manager, she should be. As a person who manages a business, customer service is extremely important and she understands that 100%.Bravo ??

I have never been to any fast food place where the employees were this rude I’ve also never once been to this McDonald’s where they have gotten my order right.I came through the drive-through line today and the girl working the speaker had to ask me seven different times if my order was correct and all times it was not, y’all either need to fix your speaker or the drive-through workers need to start listening. When I got to the window she didn’t tell me my total she just confirmed what I ordered and then all but threw my card back at me.And once I actually got to eating my food my order was still wrong, their coffee machine is also always “broken“ which we all know just means they don’t wanna make it.McDonald’s on the other side of Yukon is much better
The blonde Mexican lady is very rude and needs a lot of customer service care tips she yells and gets a awful attitude, usually always gets my orders wrong, nice employees except the blonde lady, overall replace the manager
Manager got a terrible attitude when i asking for ranch when they gave me BBQ sauce and yelled that they already gave it to me(which they didnt). This place need like a revamp. Like the workers got complacent and they know they don't have to care because they're garnered a check.
Usually very fast and accurate. Great employees that seem to like working together making the restaurant feel inviting.
Afternoon & evening crew is great. The morning crew has a member that's not so good with customer service.I’m not gonna mention how rude the manager is The establishment is clean majority of the time. Rush hours can be hectic so it's completely understandable.Absolutely nobody in the store wears a mask

Absolute worst McDonald's in town. They have not received my mobile orders THREE TIMES NOW, and I've wasted my "rewards" points every single time. None of the staff even know what the OFFICIAL MCDONALDS APP, MADE BY MCDONALDS, looks like. "is that like doordash or something?" was the only coherent response I got. Like how hard can it be to read off a four digit code that corresponds to my order? Half of the staff at this particular location have a tenuous grasp of the English language, to say the least. Garbage food, garbage app, garbage employees. Never again.
