We asked questions about baked potatoes. We specifically stated that we wanted the potato with the grilled sirloin on top. We added chili on one of them. The total was wrong as we were charged for three potatoes. A manager corrected and refunded our card. The food came quickly.....TOO QUICKLY!It was apparent that the meat on top was a thinly sliced version of deli roast beef. The potato wasn't hot, we received two small packets of butter. The entire meal was a zero. I made my dissatisfaction known to the waiter and an associate. They remained adamant that the meal we received was the meal we ordered. We got a take out box to see if our dog would eat the meat. HE WOULDN'T!To be fair, we have eaten some sandwiches there that were good. I love their brownies and unsweetened iced tea. This food, as well as the service, waswas not up to McAlister's standards. I wonder if it's under new ownership or management?We haven't been back since.

Delicious sandwich!! Will try half sandwich, half soup as I've heard the soups are wonderful too! Drinks are free refills and the sweet tea is on point. Will definitely return.
The place was a pig style from the front door throughout the dining room. The front door has a huge flapping piece of metal sticking out waiting to slice the legs of the first unaware person. There was food all over the floors. And it costs $24 for a dried out baked potato with no seasoning, fat riddled floppy bacon and moldy cheese. A "chef" salad that had virtually no meat and wilted, slimy lettuce and 2 medium teas. We told the waitress and instead of her relaying the message or having the manager come to us. She told us to go find him! ?I'll not be returning. Disgusting
This was my first time to eat at a McAlister's and I was immensely impressed. The location is in Yukon, OK The food is 5 stars, their cleanliness is impeccable. The atmosphere is light and friendly. This will be my new best place to eat at.
Went to get their chicken tortilla soup. It was just ok. 4 people in restaurant and took 10 min to get someone to take my order. Very average.
This place has some really great vegetarian options and most of their sides are vegetarian. You can add flavors to your tea as well! Great place for a sit down lunch.
The last several times I have eaten here haven’t been a good experience, it’s gotta be my least favorite McAlisters location based on the presentation and quality of food. My lettuce in my salad was frozen and inedible and had a huge hard lump of lettuce, my toddlers cheese toasty had hard black beans melted into the cheese, I have ingredients missing from my order every time I use DoorDash. It’s disappointing.
Always great service and food. Just pricey. 2 adults was almost $35 and we only got 2 meals, 2 drinks, and 2 cookies. ?
