Ordered the meat nachos and they look like a kid cooked it in the microwave. Literally has Shredded cheese microwaved on top of chips with jalapeños and 8 little pieces of sausage on it.Update 2022 ordered Chicken Alfredo and it was divine. I also ordered loaded cheese dippers also quite delicious. The lesson I learned was don't order Nachos from a Italian pizzeria. ?♂️
By far the worst service I have ever had. The owner called me a liar when I asked why the add was 11.99 for what they called a double pizza and they were charging me 16.99. Owner claimed there was no such add. The pizza was gross, this place should be closed. I checked the reviews, wish I had before I ordered. They have bad review after bad review. Do not eat here
this lady named Anna was super nice and friendly and went out of her way to help me. She even upgraded my pizza from a medium to a large. Did not die on so not sure how it is in there but Anna was great.

I couldn't believe how dirty this place was. I went with a friend and his family and it seemed like the fat guy behind the counter who apparently is the owner was staring at my friend's 12 year old daughter almost the entire time we were in there. Not to mention the multiple roaches running around that I didn't notice until I had already paid for my food at which point they didn't feel a refund was necessary because that's just something that happens they said. Will not be returning
Ordered online and my pizza was not correct. I called back to the store and the manager was real cool and corrected it with no issues. He stated call the store to place an order the next time.
Horrible place to work. Definitely not the most hygienic place to work either. The boss gave me a dollar raise from $8 an hour to nine and then told me that I was not allowed to tell my coworkers. I had to grin and bear it when customers would come up to me telling me about the roaches and how nothing was ever stocked and everything for the most part was out of date. The women's bathroom is disgusting because the owner doesn't use it so he does not care. There are leaking pipes which soak the floor and half the time the lights in there don't work

Roaches and an owner who is extremely rude are two of the main reasons I will not be coming back to mazzio's. It's intolerable the way the owner treats his customers let alone his staff. And even if all of that hadn't happened the way he stared at my 12-year-old daughter when I brought my family in is enough for me not to come back. One of the worst restaurant experiences I've ever had.
