Food was good.Clean you restrooms, they are disgusting! They need cleaning top to bottom including the doors!Would hate to see condition of kitchen if restrooms look this bad.
Great location, easy parking, drive thru was pretty fast, even considering we hit them during the Sunday lunch rush!Hot, fresh, and crispy fish, fries, and hush puppies.The guy working the window was great, could understand him over the speaker and he was very nice.Love this location, they don't judge you for wanting a lot of tartar sauce packets and extra napkins.I will be returning, this is my favorite fast food fish!
Don't eat there...Rice cooked in 2 days ago ..fris for sure fried last night and they warmed it for you in microwave .The staff...shirtless ..gloves less. . And rudeTables are sticky...floors as well ...the place smells fish.I am sorry to spend money and time there
We went through the drive thru and ordered two meals. The lady in the drive thru was very nice and the food was ready quickly.As for the food it was greasy as you might expect. I got coleslaw with my meal and my husband ordered mac-n-cheese and the portions were very small. The French fries were A&W French fries and not LJS fries.
When to this place for the first time ever. OMG if you've never had one of their fountain root beers you have got to try it. I had no idea how different and sweeter it is compared to can/bottle or other fountains. It is so incredibly good. The food from the A&W side is subpar at best. The long john side is descent. But the reason for 3 stars is because they had A&W anniversary mugs for $13 and (regular ones sell 2 for $15) the minis for $5 I think so I decided to buy 2 of the big ones. Well when they delivered my food he brings me two of the regular mugs and 2 of the small ones and says sorry but they were out of the anniversary ones. I was like had I known I wouldn't have just bought 2. The guy was like next time we come in he'd give us the anniversary ones. I was like cool got these regular ones and he's still going to give us the ones I pd for when they can in in a week or so. Well we live like hella far but told him we'd be returning in about a month so that'd be fine. We return to the store on our next trip only to find out they have no clue when the they deliver mugs. So of course they still weren't in stock when we stopped in on 6 Jan. I think they should have took the sign down once they ran out of the anniversary mugs or at the very least told me when I asked for them that they were out of stock.
Missing stuff ,the staff looked liked the freak show. One girl had half pants (meaning) two styles in one. Wasn’t to upset u tilI I got home and the order was wrong. Very disappointed. Not going back.
Service was bad place was dirty. Employee was eating in dining area then went into kitchen eating her bag of chips or whatever it was. Other employees were making tarter sauce in dining room I was disappointed in the food n the service. will not go back to that establishment.
Very nice and hard working employee's. Especially the lady that had her arm in a sling. She still was out there working. Some people won't even get up in the morning and go to work.
It was kinda surprising good.Service was outstanding. Young man taking orders was top notch.
I like going once a year just to get fried fish. It's not something you want to eat all the time with all that grease.The portion size was good enough.
