Best ribeye I've ever eaten. Pretty quick service too.

My family's first time eating here. All because the other place that is a competitor was so crazy busy. My daughter wanted steak so we had heard good reviews about Logan's Roadhouse and decided to give it a try. So glad we did!! Love this place food is great, so was the service not as noisy or crowded as the competitor and food was delicious! We will definitely be back! Thanks for a great dining experience.

Sorry I forgot to take pictures. We were seated as so as we walked through the door inspite of us arriving about 6pm in a Saturday night. Our server was friendly and attentive. We started out with sift drinks and an appetizer of fried pickles, onions and jalapeno slices. Our buttered rolls were delivered at the time. I had a 6oz sirloin, house salad and mashed potatoes with brown gravy. The salad was fresh, crisp, and well chilled. My stake was a little more rare and medium rare, but I was fine with that. The mashed potatoes were real potatoes, not instant potatoes. Because of the amount of food, we skipped desert. Our meal averaged $21.00 and some change per person which I felt was inexpensive for stakes and the amount if food we received.

You can't beat this place for a family dinner. The food is hot and delicious. You can order smaller plates of food that are less expensive. These are perfect sizes for my family. Plus the rolls are yummy especially when you use the cinnamon butter.

On a road trip and first time going to a Logan's since there isn't a location in my state. We visited during a non-peak time: 4 PM on a weekday. It was plenty of staff; waiting for the dinner rush, I'm sure. The service was very good! The menu selection was reasonable and my whole family found something they like.I ordered the ribeye, but I regretted it. It reminded me of something I'd find in like a cafeteria-style restaurant. I ate about 25% of it before deciding I didn't even want to continue. The bread was good. The waffle fries were good, but sorta dry; I dipped them in ranch and that helped. My husband ordered the ribs and he said he has definitely had better. Overall, we feel like the value for the money was pretty low.

My family and I came here for my birthday to have a nice dinner last night. On the menu, there was a picture of a steak with broccoli and a shrimp skewer, but had no price. I told the waitress I wanted what was on the picture and she asked if I wanted the 6oz or 12oz, my 2 sides, and if I wanted grilled shrimp like the picture. Not once did she say there was an extra charge for anything in the picture, so it seemed to me that the shrimp was included. She didn't state otherwise. At the end, we got our ticket and we were charged 6.99 for the shrimp, separate from my meal cost. When asked about it, the waitress immediately claimed I had specifically requested the shrimp and it was my own fault. If I had known that it was an extra charge, I wouldn't have said yes to the shrimp. I very much did not appreciate the waitress blaming me directly to my boyfriend and not addressing me at all when talking about my food, nor did I appreciate her not advising us that the shrimp would be an extra charge to the meal in the first place. She even came over early into our meal and asked if our shrimp was ok because many people were sending it back due to it being "slimy" (Appetizing ?). Our shrimp was lukewarm and had almost no flavor, but that statement immediately made it seem even worse. I'm more upset at how she treated us when we asked about the charge. This is unacceptable and I feel the waitress should understand that she has an obligation to advise customers on any and all extra charges and also not blame the customer for not knowing about said extra charge. Especially if it's a picture with no price or spot on the menu.

First time being there. Our waitress Amy was not very pleasant it was as if she hated her job. Our food came out was good minus the waffle fries they were cold and soggy. The corn tasted like rubber was not good at all. Asked for mayo on the side didn’t get it. Our waitress says “Oh yeah I forgot your mayo but can I get you all anything else.” Like mayo would have been great with my sliders. The staff needs better customer service skills or better jobs.

During the snow storm not too long ago, I was super hungry and didn't want to cook, so many places were closed but thankfully Logan's was open! I love their loaded sweet potatoes and the rolls. The sirloin was cooked just right and was delicious with bourbon butter on it. My server Salvatore was seriously one of the best servers I've ever had at any establishment and that's coming from someone who was a waitress for ten years so I can be pretty critical of service at times. But I'm glad I decided to brave the roads, it was a good dining experience! Request Salvatore as your server people! ?

Server was good but worse food I have ever had. How do you butcher a hamburger. Out of 4 meals only the chicken fried steak was somewhat edible. The dinner rolls were the best part. Better off burning a $100 bill then eating at Logans.

Forgot one of the orders and the food was ice cold. Thankfully I have had better food and services at other Logans establishments. Will not return to this one. Server never removed any dishes during the meal including empty glasses and bread plates.
