We go to this Litte Caesar’s a few times a month and always enjoy quick service and consistently good pizza. You can’t beat it for the price. I decided to finally leave a review because I received exceptional service when I picked up some pizzas at the drive thru yesterday. Zachary was very friendly and eager to make sure I had everything I needed. It was a breath of fresh air received such excellent service! It seems to be rare these days! Give that guy a promotion!
Ask for extra sausage; I didn't get it but was told I did. They offered to remake it, but what good would that do if I'm getting the exact same measurements? The food was fresh, and the staff wasn't rude.
Very inconsistent quality here. Sometimes it's cooked right, sometimes it's not. Same with customer service, sometimes they are nice, sometimes very short and rude. I guess that's what you get with a bunch of teenagers working there. My best advice, check your food before you walk/drive away. If you special ordered something and it's not done right, just request your money back, go somewhere else, and leave a review on here letting others know to beware.
I have given this little ceasers lots of chances and 90% of them have been bad! Usually they just out way to much sauce on the pizza which isn't that big of a deal but the last 2 times the pizza has been burnt with hardly any cheese! I sure wish people took a little more pride in their work even if it's slinging pizzas at little ceasers!
I have to give a shout out to the Little Caesar's crew at Ranchwood and Vandament. I went in for a couple of pizza's yesterday, and was accidentally charged twice. Spoke with the manager on duty, and she was wanting to refund both transactions that had gone through. The only thing, it wasn't done on purpose, there was nothing malicious that lead to this, it was an accident. My family and I go to this location all the time, we've never had bad service. The staff is always nice, and they try to go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy and taken care of. The manager is just an example of them going further to make things right, and I truly appreciate that in customer service, no matter where I go.In short, and to wrap this up, I requested that she only refund the one charge, and to keep the original charge. That way not to mess up their books or money. After all, we did get the pizza's, they were hot and fresh, and my family was more than happy to eat them. But I do appreciate the gesture, and I'm extremely grateful that there are honest people out there that try to make things right. It says a lot about their character as people.Anyhow, just wanted to put this out there and say that the crew here is doing a good job. They need to keep it up, and keep up the great customer service.
3 raw pizzas in the last 3 visits! I stopped in to get the sticks n slices only to be told that they don't keep those 'hot n ready' after 7, it was 7:08. So I got a pepperoni and went home to find that about 9 inches of the center still so raw that it fell apart and wasn't edible. I let is slide thinking it was just that 1 time, but no... 3 separate weeks, doesn't matter if it's sausage or pepperoni... They come out raw, I'm done getting half cooked pizzas
Ok for hot and ready. If another pizza chain offered hot and ready at same price they would be in trouble
I came by around 7:10 to try to get the slices and sticks. When I got to the speaker and placed my order, the girl said we don't have those right now all we have is what's hot n ready... instead of making a fresh one for me... I went ahead and got a pepperoni, I asked her at the window when are they available. Her reply with attitude "we don't make them after 6"... once I got home and trying to not be too upset about her service, my pizza is cold, tough, and hard... I will not come back until this place has been retrained or restaffed
I would like to give them a zero for there service. I ordered the 2 for 10 pepperoni and crazy bread. I waited over 30min to receive my order that never came the guy that took my order came outside and asked me what I order again. Meanwhile car are coming and going when I asked for a refund the said they are just waiting on the crazy bread
Good pizza for the price. Only drawback is they leave their phone off the hook so you can't call in an order. Not good customer service when you do that.
