We had a great meal & the waitress was exceptionally helpful, although very busy. Restaurant was understaffed, but food (gluten free Honey Pecan Salmon salad) was wonderful.Only complaint was the temperature was too cold.

5 star rating due to food and service. The food was great as always. The service was exceptional. Even though we were told it would be a 15 minute wait before we got to be seated. When the kind and curtious hostess told us that, I looked all around and hardly any tables were full. To which I replied , a 15 minute wait yet you habe a whole bunch of empty tables. The hostess informed me that they only had 3 servers and 1 bartender this evening. The chef was even bringing food to peoples tables. And also took plates back to the kitchen. I was so happy to see this. It really was all hands on deck to make it happen this evening. A job well done

Amazing food, we got there it was full, they told us 15 to 20 min. We wait less than 10 and we got a table. We order a fried calamari, and it was one of the best, the salad was fresh and tasty, the big plate of the night the sea food fettuccine was the best. Customer service was above the best, I can't wait to go again I hear the lasagna was amazing.

The food and service were quite good. I am a vegetarian and found good choices. I would recommend this restaurant.

My girlfriend my best friend and myself all went out to Johnny carino's last night and it was delicious. Our server was extremely prompt even more so than expected. The environment was very nice and everything was very clean

When I first walked in I was skeptical. The entry way was not overly crowded and the host was slightly aloof. However, after that it was first rate. The server was there immediately. We had our drinks in about 30 seconds. She was extremely attentive. The food was prepared quick and was great. You can tell this location is well operated and managed. Overall it was a great experience.

I got sick of the cold food, horrible service, argumentative staff, and flat-out disrespectful management of the South side Johnny Carino's, so I drove from Moore to Yukon, and it was perfect. Great service, hot food, the appetizer was actually served 1st. I even enjoyed a very well-made old-fashioned...I will probably never return to the one on the South side...Thanks for restoring my faith in good food and service for this chain...

I don't typically post bad reviews.Every eatery can have their bad days... BUT, what the heck happened to Johnny Carinos once-delicious soup?? UGHWatery, salty mess-in-bowl.Disappointment.I'm told new owners reworked the menu to save some dollars.Watered-down ketchup shouldn't be labeled "chili".The waitstaff was great though.I feel sorry for them having to serve that stuff.

I'm sorry to say this, because we have always loved Carino's, but the place as a whole has just gone way down hill. The food is sub-par, it's filthy, the paint is chipping, and the air vents are so caked with grease and dust that it's visible and the prices have almost doubled. The one upside was our waitress who was awesome and the only reason we didn't just leave. If you are going to charge $20 or more per plate, make sure that money is being spent on customer experience and satisfaction. Hopefully you guys can take some constructive criticism and make some improvements! ❤
