The food is great, however the guy at the register acted cranked off to do anything. I asked for extra vinegar and oil. He was a complete horses tail about it. I'm a disabled veteran, talk about him getting angry when I used my Oklahoma no sales tax card. Like I put him out. Me add my sister spent over $60 bucks together on our meals. Having a decent acting person taking your money - should be a no brainer. Been to that store several times when I'm in the area. But this was my worst experience. But on a plus side the food was great.
why even take my online order, make my food then wait till i have to come back in to tell me you didn’t have something that i wanted on it? as someone who’s worked at a jersey mikes you simply let someone know if you don’t have something they want. now i wasted money on not one but TWO sandwiches that won’t even get eaten because of this. not the only time i’ve had problems with this place either. last time i specifically asked them to wipe the counter because i am highly allergic to the vinegar and olive oil and i ended up having a severe allergic reaction because they failed to do so. don’t recommend what so ever.
My husband and I ate there for the first time today. I had the roast beef and provolone sub and he had the tuna sub. We were so impressed with the quality and deliciousness of the food, cleanliness, and excellent customer service. We'll be back!
My husband ordered 2 sandwiches for pick up at 6pm. He finally just left the store with no food after 8pm. We typically don't have service like this from Jersey Mike's, however we had already paid online when we ordered, and no one at the store will even pick up the phone to request a refund. Completely unprofessional and disappointing. We wanted to support the special Olympics, but Jersey Mike's needs to be adequately staffed for such a fundraiser.
If you want Jersey Mike's take the slightly longer drive to 6719 N May Ave, Oklahoma City, OK 73116 instead as most of the times I have been here recently I have asked for no peppers or onions on a cheesesteak Multiple times and they still put them on.
My all-time favorite any time of day!! I love the #8 Club...the perfect ratio for a meat lover...and make it Mike's Way with that tasty wine vinegar/olive oil extravaganza!! Yum!!

Wow. Simply wow. Order online for their Saturday free delivery. Stated 45 min delivery time. Took over TWO AND A HALF HOURS.......and guess what, when the food finally got to my door. BOTH SANDWICHES WERE WRONG. DIDNT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS AT ALL, AND DIDNT EVEN BOTHER TO CUT THEM. Jersey Mike's, you just lost a loyal customer. Absolutely unacceptable.
Can't get a simple order correct. I don't know if there's something in the water in Yukon that makes all fast food servers this way or what. I ordered a #9 sub, just like advertised no changes, which is supposed to come Mike's Way and has bacon. My sandwich was not prepared Mike's Way and had no bacon. Of course I don't realize this until I'm home with it and can't do anything about it. I don't understand why it's so hard to follow a simple sandwich recipe. Every other fast food place in Yukon routinely gets orders incorrect but I expected better from Jersey Mike's.
The food is great when it's made the way that you ordered it. Online ordering seems they miss important things that you ask for like "extra meat" , and extra cheese. On a giant, it was 4.00 for the extra meat .. felt really light when I picked it up. I asked, and he replied, "oh, I didn't see that." No apologies.. remade my sandwich and didn't add extra cheese. Go figure. But I sure do like the steak dandwich.
