It was so cold in this IHOP, that our food had icicles almost The minute they laid our plates on the table. The AC was blowing right on us. We ask if there was somewhere else we could sit and he pointed to a small table we could sit at. We chose to stay at the bigger table. My omelette had almost no meat in it. Disappointing. It will be a while before we go back.
Our server, Zach, did an amazing job. He never let our drinks empty, promptly served our food, and used manners. Didn't check on us too much or too little. Just right!! We appreciated him.I did mark 2 stars on this review though because of a couple reasons. One being an encounter we saw between a customer who had been waiting for a to-go order for over 20 minutes. She asked for someone to help her and the hostess left and came back. No one showed to help the customer. She still hadn't been helped by time we got sat.This IHOP really just seems crowded. We had to keep moving our child (in a high chair) so people could pass by. We were sat at a booth. There's not enough walking room. I should focus more on my family and meal vs. making sure there is enough room for people to pass by. The place was full when we went.The food however was delicious and our server did amazing. My only suggestion on the Cheeseburger Omlette is to not put so much mustard on it. Otherwise I'd love to see this become a permanent menu item.
Listen I don’t too many reviews and iHop has always been good to me but this way by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. Ordered my food at 11:15 said it’s would be ready at 11:33 no big deal right? Well not when it’s 12:30 and still no sign of my online order still waiting. After constantly trying to grab the attention a kid named Dylan which I could tell he was overwhelmed I asked to speak to a manger and asked me why looking mad at me I asked if he could check on my order he said yes. I finally get my food and Dylan tells me it may be cold and if he would like him to microwave my food … I try to keep my calm and say sure and microwaving eggs bacon and toast not a great idea … my friend asks to speak to a manger and Dylan asks us why we need a manager ?? Manger super nice guy had no clue what had happened remade my food if it wasn’t an online order I would’ve never paid for this.
We had a fairly big party of 10-15 around 11 pm so I wouldn’t be mad if the food was slow but it took 30 minutes to get drinks and another hour for food. I ate the food and felt the repercussions that night. Food poisoning.Edit: I found out that 4 others at our party also got food poisoning. I am never coming back.
We were looking for a quick meal and were 100% satisfied with the food quality and friendly service!
Ignored for 10 minutes by the staff while trying to pick up my food. They walked by and looked at me but no one talked to me. There was a total of 3 customers in the restaurant. Finally I walked to the kitchen where I was stopped and asked, "did you want food or something?" Worst IHOP I've ever been too and won't be back. I'll make the extra 30 minute drive to the next closest if I decide to try again.
Eggs were practically raw, waitress tried saying that over easy eggs were supposed to have un cooked egg whites. Food in general tasted like it was expired.
Came in about midnight and i think the kitchen was sleeping bc it took almost 20 mins just for some french toast and pancakes to come out. Hash browns were burnt and cold so not sure what took so long. Only great thing was learning they have a large hot chocolate!
Over 45 minute wait for our breakfast food..our waiter has hair down in his eyes… hopefully the food will be good..
Great food, hot coffee.*strange* heat was out on one 13rd of the building. Good service. Orange juice was the bomb!
