I feel like the server could've been a little more attentive. Food was cooked properly, but just wasn't in my flavor zone. We had the Tex-Mex Chicken Nachos, the Western BBQ Burger, and the Burger Melt. The 2nd party loved the chicken nachos, but agreed with me on the burgers. The curly fries were salted well enough, but were all-in-all kind of flavorless. Prices were good.
We left a different restaurant that could not get it together and went to Hooters in Yukon. Absolutely amazing service from Skyla. We had smoked wings, crab legs, and shrimp. The food was amazing as usual and really can’t say enough about the amazing service we received! Thank you so much Skyla.
Good service and food first time to the one in Yukon. Meagan did an awesome job making us feel comfortable and helped to get food without spice.
2 times in a row supper bad food and they didn't care to fix or even let manager know or manager didn't care to talk I dono. But we order wings not. Wings in soup! There was soooo much sauce. Made them nasty #2 trip even told her about last time and they still came out in a soup and she did NOTING to help! Pretty place but. Don't care to stick to quality or hooter. Ways. So sad! And the fact manager KNOWS(I KNOW FROM FIRST TRIP) AND did nothing to fix it! They also asked if wanted. Ranch I said no way. And they put it on top of wings so it poured out on them and wasted 3 of them! I love hooter just don't eat here. Sorry gave 2 shots and failed both times. ?BUMED TO HEAR? REALLY ?? THEN WHY didn't ya care to do any thing when there and we 1 let them know we can't eat it and 2nd time let her know NOT to make it that way and they did it anyway and then let her know about it and she just like o Well ! and we didn't eat half our food then either first time didn't eat much but left and went to Wendy's and ate! sorry yall were told many times and one waitress even said " ya i don't know what's wrong with the cook he keeps doing this" so yall DO KNOW and care less to fix it! actions speak louder than words ya know. sorry don't believe yall were bummed ! Sorry yall wont fix KNOWN issues! may be why yall were pretty dead last 2 times in there running off more than just me but i dono!
Great place for food and drinks
Waited for over 5min to be greeted then Half an hour for a plate of chicken nachos didn’t bring them out right either missing tomatoes and was supposed to have chili and chicken. Bar tenders did ok but they weren’t friendly wouldn’t speak up where they could be heard. Won’t come back
This was by far the worst service experience I’ve ever had in my life. I get you’re hooters and are know for being skimpy the our waitress Emily was clearly flirting with my husband in front of our child. I am disgusted with this service. She refused to as knowledge me and got my order wrong. She only looked and spoke to my husband. I ordered boneless wings and she came back with bone IN and the wrong kind of sauce. Worst waitress I’ve ever had!!!
One of my favorite local haunts. The staff is great. There is a local who’s rude and degrading to the female customers and staff that likes to frequent. That’s not a fault of the place though. Steamed shrimp is amazing though!!
Before placing my order online, I noticed it said you must have your card to pick up the order. My boyfriend was the one going to pick it up and was already out on the town. When calling and asking if this was an issue before placing my order. The woman working the phone did not answer my question and instead gave a vague description how to order and then hung up on me. Poor customer service, and a loss of my business.
