Ordered online using their website app which was straight forward and easy to use. The food said it would be ready in 30 minutes for pickup and it was ready on time. We ordered the General Tsos, Kung Pao Chicken and Pork Lo Mein. The food portions are huge and tastes pretty good. General Tsos has a nice taste to it with a little Spice. The Kung Pao could use a little more kick to it. Kids ate up the lo mein with no complaints. Overall, I will order here again.

So good! Made fresh for you as you order. Always consistent! Great lunch spot too!

Way to sweet. If you put 2 cups of sugar in a glass of tea you might like it, but it was a disappointment for me. We couldn't eat it. Generals Chicken has never been so sweet that it was even noticable let alone to the point that I feel like I'm eating the bottom of a jug of unstired koolaid. The chicken in the fried rice is slimy and unflavored. This was the second time I tried them and it was worse.Edit just read the review where the gentleman thought he got sweet and sour when he ordered Generals and wanted an exchange. I believe they just sugar coat and fry everything. My wife said her Sesame Chicken tasted like chicken in a doughnut. Who knows if you enjoy that flavor profile... You might try it out.

This has been a great Chinese take out restaurant for years! If you down rate something because you didn't research it. I give the restaurant 5 stars and the customer 1 star. I have been eating their food for over 10 years and never been disappointed.

Pretty good Chinese takeout. Very efficient too.

I ordered General Tso’s chicken, with combo rice. I got home opened my food and it was sweet and sour chicken. Not a big deal I live close to their location. I called to explain what happen and was going to ask if I could bring it back up there and get what I ordered. They cut me off and denied that they gave me the wrong food and then started giving excuses rather than letting me finish what I was saying. So I hung up. They then started to text me trying to continue to argue their case, by sending me photos of the dish on their menu. Harassing me so they don’t have to own their mistake. I didn’t want a refund I just wanted what I ordered and paid for.

Good food, good price.

We live in Surrey Hills so they're just a few blocks away. I've ordered from them many times over the 8 years I've lived here. They are always courteous and kind, their kids are always there as it is a family business. Some people think this is a distraction, I think it is sweet that they love their kids and want to be near them. Their girls are adorable and as a kid crazy grandma, I am always happy to see them. The food is always satisfactory. It's not a four star restaurant but they don't charge four star prices either. It's typical Chinese food, not really better or worse than any of the others in this category but always tasty. But what is great is their service. they're timely, friendly and honest. I'm never disappointed and always happy to have them so near and a welcome part of our community. To the man who made the comment about their English, I wonder how many languages he speaks? Their children speak two, fluently, I'd wager he only speaks one and probably poorly! English is a difficult language to learn, as is Chinese, the barrier between these two languages that share no commonality is a hard barrier to breach. The fact that they can speak it at all speaks volumes for them. I'd be willing to bet the man who made that comment wouldn't ever be able to speak Chinese, no matter how many years he lived in China.

They have been our go-to in the neighborhood for a long time. Out of the ~100 times we've ordered from there in the last decade, there have only been a couple of times where they've made a mistake on our order. Dishes are not too spicy, so definitely order their "spicy" dishes for the best flavor.Customer service is not bad, it's just not sugary sweet like is customary in Oklahoma. They have always treated us well.

Worst customer service I've ever had. Called in to place an order and a lady picked up the phone, was rude while taking the call, was very short and after placing order she said "15 minutes" and hung up the phone. I didn't have time to ask how much it cost and also she didn't didn't ask for my name. I went to the store early to make a payment but my card decline so she she threw the card back at me and said "your card declined" and rolled her eyes with disgust. So I used a different card and it worked and didn't say thank you or even apologize what she said so after the food was ready she threw the food into the pickup box and slammed the window hard and said "thank you" but in the most disrespectful way. Never ever again come to this place. I hope they know they aren't the only chinese restaurants in town.
