Tried to go through the drive thru last night at 9:35 pm. (After I looked up that they close at 10:00 pm.) Placed my order and was immediately told, "we aren't doing chicken strips right now" ??I should have known better by the employees all sitting down at one of the tables inside as I pulled up. So is there some kind of cut off time to get strips? ?
4 stars just because of previous visits but today was a 5 star visit!Seemed like two younger adults running the place, extremely fast service, lobby spotless & bomb & fresh food.
First time to this place and it was better than expected. Got the two different chicken sandwiches; they weren't dry and the bread was fresh, very good for fast food chicken will be coming back.
Always excellent when we eat here. Good food. Salads are excellent!
I love Golden Chick, but this particular location always forgets any sauce I ask for and gets my order wrong, without fail. The few times they've gotten my order right, the chicken's dried up and almost unbearable to chew, especially since I can't dip them in the sauce that this location forgets to give me.
I went to Golden Chick tonight and ordered a 6 piece chicken tender with gravy and Okra. The kid at the window was unfriendly, took my money and Nonchalantly just says go to the first window. No thanks or anything. Not that big of a deal, but Then i get home with my food and i get 5 pieces of chicken and no gravy. I go there often and majority of the time the kids there act like they don’t care and you get short ordered. Not trying to Karen out but no gravy again really gets old especially when you pay top dollar for their food. Taco Bell next door was packed and golden chick was not. That is probably why…
Chicken strips my son got were soggy and cold, the roll was burnt and rock hard, and the coleslaw lid was not on all the way in the container. The guy actually handed me a drink that had soda spilling down the side of it and acted like it was an imposition when I asked for ranch! When I tried to call up once arriving home and relaxing all of the things wrong with the kids meal, the phone rang and rang and rang with no answer! This place is disgusting and disappointing, save your money and find a better alternative.
Ordered a tender combo and they forgot my roll, gave me the smallest pieces of chicken I have ever seen anywhere and it was all cold. For as long as it took them to get it out to me I hoped it would have at least been warm. Oh I know why because they were all standing around talking
Cold boneless wings and another family in the dining room said they saw roaches on the wall near their table. At least 3 people behind counter, it was not busy yet we got cold food and the dining room was not cleaned.
Had an issue with a takeout order and tried to call the store to have them address the issues but there was no answer. Submitted an online complaint over a week ago and have not heard back. I have also reached out via social media twice and have not gotten a reply. Very frustrating!Update: Two weeks later and still no contact.I have still not been contacted to resolve my issue. Very frustrating that a relatively minor issue cannot be resolved.
