The people who work at this location are amazing!!! If I could give 10 stars, I would 100%. These people love what they do and you can definitely tell! They are incredibly nice, knowledgeable and overall bubbly, especially for 7 o’clock in the morning!! Go here for your coffee!!! It’s an awesome experience!
I absolutely love this place! Today they hooked me up with a super sweet and special golden eagle with whipped and extra caramel drizzle and sprinkled on top in a sweet little message written on the top of my cup that says happy birthday. Extra shout out to the one that put in that extra work today to make my coffee special she not only was the one outside standing under the umbrella as it rained taking orders she also made sure to get inside and write the happy birthday special message on the top of the cup. This is one of the best Dutch Bros crews all around that I’ve ever gotten to visit! They are always super helpful, we go almost daily and at this point I think every member who’s worked mornings knows my kids by name. They go out of their way to remember things we’ve chatted about and have always been so welcoming! I’m sure I am forgetting a bunch of names, Ashley, Autumn, Brooklyn, Olivia and everyone else there are perfect for your spot. They’ve even been so patient when I’ve ordered some totally off the wall drinks and always been helpful when making suggestions of things to try.
Absolutely phenomenal staff! Always so helpful and always make jokes which makes me feel so comfortable. They always bring such great vibes and I always feel welcome!
This is what a Dutch bros is about!! Was super excited to come when I heard they were opening in Yukon. If you’ve lived anywhere there’s a Dutch you know it’s a complete different vibe and that’s why people love it! I’ve gone a handful of times and each time has been great service. My drink was made incorrectly last visit and was remade without any trouble Great employees and manager, love it
I LOVE dutch bros and ever since it opened it’s been my go-to. I went there today and was blown away with the customer service. Particularly with Bailey. She was extremely kind and professional and overall a model employee. The customer service is always top tier but this was absolutely phenomenal.
Got through the drive thru in around 10 minutes even though they were very busy. Staff was friendly and the cocomo hot coffee was super tasty.
Exceptional service! I feel like every member of the staff goes through this extensive training of customer service. Every single soul I’ve encountered here has been a breath of fresh air. Their drinks are the icing on the cake. :)
THE BAD: If nobody is working the outside line and you have to order at the window then it's going to be a few minutesTHE GOOD: Not sure where to start ! The prices are far more reasonable than other big chains. They go out of their way to ensure consistency. There are places where I can order exact same drink 5 days in a row and no 2 will taste the same. The variety is amazing, they have something for everyone. Last but most notable is the employees. Rain, cold, rush hour, they ALWAYS are not only disgustingly cheerful but always go above and beyond to make sure the customers happy. !
Dutch Bros. is new in Yukon and we were excited to give it a try. Since it was late in the day, Mrs. Flip Out decided to try hot chocolate instead of coffee and tried the Hazelnut Truffle hot cocoa, with 1/4 sweetness. I had a peppermint bliss frost. Mrs. Flip Out was impressed with the hot chocolate; it was the perfect temperature and wasn’t too sweet. The frost was a new kind of drink to me. It was really good; it was different than a normal frozen blended drink, more like a creamy slushy. The service was quick and friendly. It’s a great addition to coffee places around Yukon.
