If you enjoy eating cold food and paying $20 bucks with toddler portions with no flavor that’s right up your alley, oh not to mention the burrito wasn’t even what was ordered! We won’t be back!!
Place our order in the drive through. Got what we thought was our order then when we get home it is nothing of what we ordered. Called and the person we spoke to tried to say that we got a “better” deal because what they gave us cost less?. You messed up and try to convince your customer that it is to their benefit that they didn’t get what they wanted. Be careful when you go there.
When we first got there,there was only one other car ahead of us. Within two minutes of us pulling up to the window there was a line of 7 or 8 cars behind us. We had a fairly large order, about $30 worth, and the lady at the window seemed a bit flustered by the sudden rush. The Dr pepper we received was flat and she quickly got us a replacement lemonade, but then didn't get us our pear popper drink we had ordered. I reminded her we still hadn't received it when she handed us our food ten minutes later and she told us there was a big line behind us. Not sure why that mattered. She gave us a regular when we had paid for a large, but I didn't say anything because she seemed overwhelmed and annoyed. It took about 15 minutes to get our food, we were missing the guac on a couple of items and the Carne Asada fries were a bit cold but other than that everything was decent enough.
Had a horrible experience tonight had to clarify many times what I wanted to order. Not only got the wrong food but the wrong drinks. Honestly very disappointed in a service that I had good experiences before.
I love Del Taco. They got our order ready quickly and correctly.I also love the fact that they're not afraid to put enough meat and cheese on the tacos so you feel like you got a complete taco, not just a half empty shell which seems to be the going thing now at fast food taco places.The burritos were good too, but the tacos ruled the day!
Cashier was too busy to take my order, then copped an attitude with me. As evidenced by the picture they were super busy. ?
The absolute worst- service and food. People please remember after waiting 25 minutes for your food to ALWAYS check the bag before pulling away from the drive through window- I mean do not move an inch without checking that bag or…because you space out and forget to check the bag, you will have to go inside. Once inside you will wait 20 more minutes for the items they left out- all while the other food gets cold - on a positive note; they somehow manage to fit 20 items in ONE bag- the same bag that you should check for every item before you drive away from the drive through window? boycotted!Go to Main Street/Ranchwood and get fresh street tacos!
The service was a little slow but I blame how busy it was. The food was great. My favorite thing about it is how much cheese they put on their tacos.
Guac was awful. They advertise "guac made fresh daily " and i do like fresh made guac. Well it had no taste at all and tasted packaged, not fresh made. I tried a taco salad, it was OK but was mostly lettuce. It had like 5 nacho chips along w tomatoes, sour cream, and cheese. Taste was ok but not filling at all. I guess i was expecting something similar to Taco Bell or Taco Mayo. DT is not my favorite mexican fast food place.
Went in the lobby to try and get some tacos cause I was in a work truck. lady took the order of the family in front of me. Then just walked away to the back I stood there for about 5-10 minutes while the person making the food is looking at me so I decided they weren’t gonna take my orderto oh well there is a Taco Bueno across from them. They got me in and out within two minutes this is just a deal taco
