I ordered food and they gave me 15mins to pick up, I arrive in 20mins and it’s still not ready or close to being. The next time I order I get there 20 mins after and they tell me there out of the bread I wanted and never started to make the sandwich or called me to tell me. No wonder most City Bites is closing down, I won’t be going back again.

Great sandwich shop. Great deal of food for the money. You gotta check out the bathrooms while you're there. Can you say paranoid?
They always mess up orders and then are rude about it when you try to get issue resolved. Not to mention an incredibly slow drive thru.
Good food with several different types of food. Their cookies are huge and delicious. My favorites are Soonerdoodle and pumpkin.
Cookies were good as usual, but we were charged for 2 when we ordered only 1...don't order the philly cheese sandwich, it looked and tasted very strange, with hardly any meat...will go to Johnnie's next time...
Been there three times cause my wife used to like them Everytime they messed up my order this last time no chicken on the Baja chicken salad not getting my money anymore
