Severely disappointed in the experience here. Right as soon as we sat we had to use our son's baby wipes to clean the high chair, table, and the one single menu they gave us to share. Our waiter came by to get our drink and appetizer order, but didn't wait around long enough to actually get our appetizer order. Lol. I was mid sentence asking my wife if she'd like the triple dipper and he said he had to go but he'd be back. Eventually he did come back to take our entree order, and at that point we didn't want to get an appetizer as well because it would be done at the same time as the entree. He left to put our entree order in and then proceeded to have a 7 to 8 minute conversation with the table next to us about sports. When he was done, he came to ask if we were still doing well. I had to remind him that we had ordered drinks and he seemed really surprised that someone else hadn't brought them to us. When the salads that came with our meal arrived, we had to ask for silverware as we weren't given any at the beginning. The salads were brought by someone else, who I can only assume was a food runner. Another runner brought our son's meal and took our salad plates. A third runner brought our entrees. When my entree arrived, it still had all of the tomatoes/pico on it that I had requested removed. Everything tasted absolutely great, despite the poor experience so far. Our waiter finally came around and asked if we were having cheesecake or cookies. We had gotten one of the 2 for 25 deals so I told my wife that maybe it came with dessert and we didn't realize it. The waiter overheard me say this and offered no correction to my mistaken assumption. We went with the cheesecake we thought was included in the deal and then asked for a box and the check. We received those promptly, and I noted there was a charge for the cheesecake. At this point I've given up on the waiter and decided to just pay it because I wanted my wife to be able to enjoy the dessert. We waited about another 10 minutes for the slice of cheesecake to arrive, before the waiter inquired if someone had brought it yet. He ran off to go get it, but another food runner finally beat him to it.All in all, pretty cruddy experience. I've had good and bad at Chili's before, but this one was probably the worst. Even worse than the time a waitress dumped my fajitas in my lap at another location. She at least appeared to care. I used to be a waiter at Chili's about 15 years ago, and am sad to see how far their standards have fallen. I highly recommend avoiding this location. A prison cafeteria would have better customer service.
Ordered online from their It's Just Wings, sign says to sit back and relax and someone will be right with you. Sat there for over 15 minutes watching the worker go out and help every car but me. 6 different vehicles came and left before anyone even approached me. I finally called the store and eventually got some service. Food was cold but it tasted great after a few minutes in the air fryer. Not sure if I'll be back, I reached out to corporate with my complaint and never heard back

Been ordering to go here lately and everything has been correct and hot . Only reason I gave 4 stars is because the ribs were dry the second time we ordered them ,but the to go person had no problem replacing the meal.
everyone knows that this chili’s is going downhill significantly, but my experience today was just even worse than usual. we got sat in a two top booth by the bar top, and it took 15 minutes for anyone to greet us & ask us for our drink orders. once the guy bartender finally came over he was rude (like he ALWAYS is. my friend & i both have had terrible experiences with him in the past) & made fun of my friend for getting a Blue Lagoon which is a “kids drink” & then informed us that he wasn’t going to be our server. we waited probably another 10 minutes for our actual server, lyric? lyrical? to come over (after she had just arrived & clocked in for her shift, so we were sat in a closed section which is ridiculous in itself) & she as well was rude. she only checked on us once after getting our food order, which was well after the food came out, & it was only to ask us what we were drinking. she then proceeded to never bring us refills. this would be understandable, if the store was busy, but they in fact were not. the food itself was great, but the service sucked as usual. wish the servers & bartenders cared about their job here.
The servers are all super sweet and the service is generally quick. Obviously if they're getting slammed it's going to be a little slower but they know this and are constantly making sure you know they haven't forgotten about you. Doesn't hurt that those margaritas are smacking
burgers are done right, quality meat, sides are always good.
This was the worst Chilis I’ve ever been to. The hostess sat us at a table someone just walked away from and didn’t offer to clean it. The salt shakers were nasty and sticky, the pasta was cold, they tried to charge me for a free chips and queso that we had a coupon for and the cookie that comes with chocolate and ice cream was hard enough to knock someone out with. The manager of this restaurant needs to be replaced for letting these kinds of things happen. Just choose another restaurant this one sucks!
Ordered a BOWL of chili, got a half bowl. Waitress couldn’t push us out faster, even though it was mid afternoon and less than half filled. Refilled my GF’s glass but not mine. I hate being rushed in a restaurant and we have gone here around 6times in the last 2months. Deserve better. Chili was greatly over salted With a name like Chili’s, should be the best thing on the menu. And should be generous. Sorry not good this time
The ONLY reason I give them a 1 is because I can’t give them a lower star. I ordered and had it delivered to my house….a $20 meal became $46. Then I didn’t even get what I had ordered. I can’t stand buffalo sauce, yet I got Buffalo chicken (had ordered honey barbecue chicken). Then wanted Southwest egg rolls….got 2 orders of onion petals instead. Called the manager and he refused to make it right. Will never eat there again. Oh he informed me if we had been in restaurant and our order was wrong we would have gotten a free meal and dessert! But since your home…you get nothing
