If I could give negative stars I would. I arrived shortly before closing. I normally would not do this but I had just got back in town from a family trip and there was no food in the house. I placed a mixed order of chicken for my family. I was made aware by the manager on duty after the order was placed while I was waiting that they were out of tenders and would we accept a substation for regular chicken. After agreeing and getting our order I checked it in the car. They gave me fewer pieces of chicken then ordered and they were all small wings and thighs(not close to the size of tenders). I knocked on the door and spoke to the manager on duty again and showed him what was given to me. He responds "Well tenders are more money". I'm not really sure what that has to do with anything but I walked back to my car to get the rest of my order for a refund. 3 employees inside looked at me would not answer the door so I could get a refund. I had to pull up to the drive through and wave my receipt at another employee to get assistance for a refund. As a business owner I would want to know of the situation. You have lost me as a customer. I hope that someone of importance sees this and address the issue so you don't continue to lose more.
Not sure why, but the Yukon store is always the worst chicken express store. I am literally sitting here now and looking at the food they just gave me. I ordered the #1 and 2 of the strips they gave me are the size of a chicken McNugget. They do this to me every time I eat here. Will leave hungry again. Should have just went to the Mustang store.
I am absolutely heartbroken to have to do this.I visited this location after a long day of work to get what is my absolute favorite chicken on earth.Sadly i can not ever return.I was denied service because i simply had a $100 bill.I was making a rather large order that exceeded $50 and thats what i had.I have enjoyed the wonderful veteran discount that i have always received.Farewell Chicken Express. You lost not only a customer but a fan.
Usually a decent place. Today the catfish was cold and over cooked. Fish jerky basically. The corn nuggets were maybe room temperature. Sadly the hush puppies were the best part of the meal. It was to go so I wasn’t driving back to complain.
I think they have good chicken they have the best chicken livers and I've bought a lot of them in different places they were hard and dried out these are perfectly cooked might be tab on the high side
I LOVE this place, but be ready to drop some serious bucks if you're ordering food for more than 1 person.
This is the place we get our chicken. Large menu. Good chicken. Probably 16 options for sides. I'd you're eating at home, you can get two sides instead of a side and a drink. We live their fried pies.They have a senior discount, so all for that if you're old like me!
The food is always fresh and delicious, my only concern is they don't wear gloves or hair nets.
Fresh made to order. Or maybe it's just because I got lucky & they just dropped chicken? idk either way, living out of state its been a long three years & this location did not disappoint!
I love it when I walk into a chicken place and see clean tables, shining steel counters, greeted with a smile and the food is fresh and hot. Thank you!
