I really feel like quantity is traded for quality here. I've heard great things about Chick-fil-A so finally decided to check it out. I waited 10 minutes in line, understandable, it was packed. Then half my order was forgotten so I spent another 10 mins waiting in another line just to receive the other half cold and soggy. By the time I had all my food it didn't taste great anymore.. maybe when it's less busy I'll have better luck.
Didn't appreciate a worker walking among the traffic handing out meals but yet making comments about me"almost hitting her". I could never see you walking around my truck. I moved slowly and carefully with my truck just like everybody else. It was a lunch rush and there really wasn't anywhere for me to drive except directly the traffic in front of me.Why were you handing out lunches to people for then to continue waiting in line. Who's to say that you don't increase the risk an incident by taking people attention away from driving in an area with a lot of traffic?
Outstanding and CONSISTENTLY good food, always friendly, sincerely good staff serving me my meal quite fast, especially considering how busy it gets at times. There is a reason they have long lines folks, altogether great experience every time. Order through the app, HUGE time saver and freebie points....WIN WIN! Thanks ???

I don’t often have the opportunity to go to Chick-fil-A, but the store in El Reno is easily one of the best I’ve been to. The food was great as always, but as is often the case it is the people that make it great. This location is an example to follow after.
Of course the hospitality is always superb! Food is always fresh and the line goes super fast even when they’re crazy busy.
Worst service I’ve ever had. I waited for my curbside order for over 30 mins before I had to go in and get it myself. When I went in the employee acted like it was an inconvenience to get my order. My order was also just sitting off to the side. Food was cold all because someone was too lazy to bring it out to me.
Always on top of things. Quick, friendly, and efficient service. Everything was nice and clean. Play Area closed due to COVID!
I am so upset with this Chick-fil-A. I curbside ordered my food at 1:03 pm and parked. I wrote my spot “15” online. I am now leaving at 1:50 with no food!!!! After asking two ladies that were outside where my food is and having no clue. Then calling inside saying they have no clue. Losing my order multiple times. Then another lady comes out to take my order again. I then ask for a refund because I have to get to work!!!! She runs back inside and comes out with a receipt to give me a refund. I thought you couldn’t find my order anywhere?!?! But now we have a receipt to show it. So extremely upset for wasting almost a whole hour waiting for nothing!!!!
