This location is terrible!! First off they left their back door wide open for 15 mins, while we waited at the menu board for 15 mins (because we’re stubborn and we had already waited a while so we decided to wait as long as we had to until someone finally took our order) I manage a restaurant, you’re not supposed to leave the back door open like that, allowing flies and whatever else to come in as it pleases. While they had their door open I could see at least 5 employees walking around, 3 of which looked to be doing absolutely nothing! There’s NO EXCUSE for why they couldn’t get orders out faster, they had people in their, why were they not working together to get orders taken? Food made? Literally no team work. Pure laziness and carelessness. Don’t work in customer service if you care that little!Oh, I forgot to mention there was only 1 car in front of us??We drove off because they said the whoppers aren’t part of the 2 for 10 anymore… I don’t even know if I believe them, after the terrible service I’m convinced they just didn’t want to make it, I could be wrong about that, but I am not wrong about the rest. The crew that was working tonight, absolutely lazy, careless and they should straight up all be fired and replaced!
This is the second time in a row that we went to that location an waited in drive thru and was told to hold on. We waited for four minutes and we said something to let them know that we were still in the drive threw. They came over the speaker an said that I’m the only one up front. So waited more still nothing so we left. There was only one car in drive thru. I will never go to that location ever again. An if that Burger King can’t have more then one person working it doesn’t need to be open. I’m very upset.
It was good not fantastic. It was a better value than most places. The fries were really good! There was too much mayo on the burgers.
Love their frozen cokes!!The hamburgers were delicious too.The food came out hot but we had to wait a little while to get it.Whoever decided to start making people move forward outta the window is a jerk!! It just give the cooks an opportunity to be slackers...
Go inside don't do the drive thru. The manager only serves 1 car at a time ....meaning she makes you wait at the speaker until the other car in front of you has ordered and drove off with the food before you can order. Lack of multitasking skills.
The customer service was good. They looked shorthanded so I understand. The fries were not hot. Burger was tolerable
Wonderful customer interaction from employees, its always nice when they give you a little surprise like a couple extra jalapeño cheddar bites in the bag?❤
Bun was cold and hard. Chicken on the chicken sandwich was not hot. Fries and onion rings were fresh, but that's because we know to order them without salt
Worst service. Drive thru took 30 minutes for one whopper ! ONE!!! People were standing around inside just talking and visiting. HIRE WORKERS WHO WORK!
This is literally the worst Burger King I've ever visited. We were given cold fries right out the drive-through window and the wrong burger. I used to live in Yukon and remember hating Burger King, but have had it since and couldn't remember why. Now I do.
