Terrible customer service no respect for door dashers whatsoever. Orders should not be sent out to the dasher if they have 10 plus minutes left on them. It affects my pay. My time and my life. I would like to speak to a manager to fix this process as I have lost over $100 in orders/ time going here. I keep giving it a chance but im about forever done going to this store all the way from eating to picking up orders. Ridiculous
I waited all month for a cheat meal and was excited for it to be wings. I have never been so disappointed. First off I paid almost $40 bucks for wings and fries WAY over priced but inflation right? Okay okay I’ll bite and pay. My salt and vinegar wings literally had no dry rub on it. My ranch and blue cheese containers had maybe a teaspoon of ranch in it. I had wings with BBQ sauce that were cold. If I pay $40 for wings can I get $40 worth of food and service. I always thought BWW was the leader of the wings but I won’t be going back now
I came in 4/11/2022 payed with a card and left a tip, 24 hours later I noticed an extra tip was added. I understand it's hard times for a lot of people but come on that is VERY UNEXCEPTABLE. I wish I remembered the waiters name, because that's fraud!! I cant trust paying with cards anymore.. Hurts my feelings people are like that after being so kind and respectful.
Food was good ! Costumer service is everything .. I asked why I couldn't pay another waiter in cash when leaving and was told nope. I had to deal with the bartender without a reason . I called another location and found out it was done for intergrity reasons which made since .I gave a 1 star rating because I was mocked by a waitress when leaving for asking ! I will not be going back . I will drive the extra way to the 3rd street location..

Friendly service. We went during pre-dinner hours, but food was tasty. No kid-friendly activity coloring menu with crayons like they used to offer, so my 3 and 5 year olds had a tough time waiting!
I prefer BWW over other wing places because of their mango habanero sauce. 4 stars because they got rid of their delicious Mac and cheese and my daughter was not a fan of the replacement.
Staff was polite, my ding in the stars is I ordered online and it told me the pick-up ASAP time was 20 mins out. I waited the 20 mins in the parking lot, went inside to a almost completely empty restaurant. 3 tables sat at most. Then, it still took another 5 mins of standing there to get my food which when I got home, was barely room temperature. I live all of 3 mins from this location. So, I'm wondering why it took 25 mins to get my order to me when they clearly were not busy by any stretch of the imagination and why it was not just finished cooking hot. Not the end of the world nor anything a microwave can't fix but for the cost kinda feel things should get handled more timely and with better preparation.
Prices have gotten out of control. Service is mediocre at best and the food quality is non existent. My wife and three sons (all young) ate there and the bill was $56. Her food was horrible, and when management was told, all they said was they were sorry. I’ve managed in much larger corporate customer service and that is not how things should be handled. We will no longer be patrons of this establishment.
A good BWW experience. Plenty of different sports on the TV's, polite waiters, and good wings.
