Drive the extra couple miles to the braum's on main Street and Piedmont road if you want somebody who knows how to count change. The Brahms on main Street in Yukon is a five-star place this one. I could easily give it minus five but that's not an option
Braums is not what it used to be. We placed the order to dine in then we waited. I saw se food in the counter after a while but nobody called a number. Maybe their waiting on something to complete the order? After a while I decided to go check and see if it's our food and it was. Needless to say that it was cold by now. No apologies nothing. Useless. I guess this is the new normal? Blame COVID for everything?
Last couple times I've been by, one side of the drive thru has been blocked by an employee's car and they say that there's at least a 20 minute wait (even for a soft serve cone). Guess I'll just make the trip to the one downtown Yukon.
I ordered a chicken sandwich to go today. Got home and unwrapped and the chicken was hard as a rock and inedible. I'm thinking it must have set out all day in the warmer although it was cold and hard. Had to Throw it in the trash. Disgusting. Didn't want to give it 1 star but site wouldn't accept no stars. We had waited a lengthy time to be waited on even being the only ones waiting with employees walking by and ignoring us. We were the only ones in line and a short gray haired lady brought it out, threw it on the counter and called number, never looked at us right in front of her. Never ever will go there again.
Always tells people 15-20 in drive thru to get them to leave. Even when they are not busy. I told them I would wait every time they said this, end up getting my food in less than 5 minutes. They’re trying to turn down business and I don’t know why. also they said they no longer do “pup cups” lol what??? It’s a little bit of whipped cream in a cup… now I’ll just go somewhere else.0
They forgot part of my order so I went back and showed them my receipt then some lady tried arguing that she didn’t forget to put it in the bag. Trust me I think I’d know if I had my chicken strip dinner. Braums is great but this one SUCKS.
This place is right down the street from my house so the convenience factor is why I've returned. Never again. Nothing in that store ever runs right and the guy ahead of me in line decided to walk out because we were all in line being ignored for over 10 minutes in the fresh market. Nobody in the kitchen ever even glanced our way. Then my receipt wouldn't print and nobody could fix an old printer. The manager told his employee that he was making burgers and he'll be there when he can. By that time I'd been standing there at least 15 minutes and the line had grown quite long. What is up with that place?Management is repeatedly found lacking.
One of the cleanest Braum's I've ever been to. Freindly staff and convenient location. Only negative is that they are struggling with staffing like every business is these days.
Love love love Our 1st Based here in Oklahoma. Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy. Kind and courteous and you know what employees and reasonably priced dairy products. The best inexpensive milk in town!!
Love everything about Brahms. I purchased 4 top sirloin steaks for less than 25$ they were the best cuts of beef we have ever pulled from the grill. Aside from that they had shelves and freezers fully stocked .
