The food was good, the store was clean, and Debbie was very friendly and helpful! She helped my mom find her favorite ice cream, rang us up quickly, and went above and beyond to answer all of our questions about seasonal flavors, if we could order specific ones they didn't have it in stock, etc. We will be coming back. Thanks Debbie! :)
After my daughter’s surgery we stopped by to get her a shake. We weren’t aware it wasn’t lunch time yet. When the young woman told my husband, he asked her to please give us a moment to look at the menu. She either didn’t want to give us time to look, or she decided Braums didn’t want our money because she cut him off and told him the total and which window to pull up to. It’s possible she couldn’t hear him, but she had no trouble whatsoever hearing the shake order. So, we got our shakes and had to just get food from a different fast food chain (starts with M). They were happy to give us a moment to look at the menu.
MS Debbie was such a nice and helpful person. I loved how she interacted with my kids while we were there. The site was clean and well organized. The bathrooms were good enough, probably the worst of the Braum's I've been too but still way way way better than most other places.
Very clean, and nice employees. We ordered and got our order very quickly. They have a great variety in their grocery side as well and the prices were a little high but if you were in a quick pickup it’s a good place.
Store was clean. Stopped in for cheese and sour cream, left with that, ice cream, milk and tomatoes. I've always liked Braums tomatoes. Their selection of ice cream wasn't very much, but they had what I wanted. Overall, clean store, nice employee and had what I wanted and needed.
Good salad selection with cottage cheese side under $6.50. Ice cream selection great, with extremely good prices. Convenient marketplace for fruit, milk, and basic needs. And of course, boxes ice cream!
The fast food side of this unique grocery/ice cream parlor could be much improved if the food was hot! Cold Food Sucks. So easy to fix.
Cute little stop on the drive home from AZ to GA. Debbie was great over all, but especially with my kiddos, even tossing a soft football to my five year old boy.
Food is good, ice cream is yummy but we waited almost an hour for our food so don't go if you're in any kind of hurry.
