I've given this store a 2nd even a 3rd chance to get things right, but tonight was it. It's not busy, no crazy line going to the drive thru, but the girl that took my order had a bit of an attitude when I picked up my order. Her words were, "Here's that motherf'ers chocolate shake." If you don't want to do your job, I won't buy my food here, I don't trust people touching my food when they don't want to do their job, especially with that kind of attitude! This place needs restaffed with people who aren't such crybabies with low standards.
What has happened to the service and food at this local Braum’s in Yukon? We ordered two bacon cheese burgers with French fries, 1 DP and. 1 Milk shake. The French fries were cold and limp. My DP was half full. It appeared that it foamed up and they lidded it and didn’t care if it was full or not. Something has changed at this Braum’s as we have eaten at this store FOR YEARS! We received no ketchup and that I understand, if you want ketchup, you can ask for it. But, we were not given any napkins to use for our meal. That I DO NOT understand. This is the third time we have gotten a meal that was not worth the money, we won’t try again.
BRAUMS has gone down hill. I was in to eat on 28 April, 2022. There was only 1 other table occupied but there were 8 tables that needed cleaned. The food was hot and fresh. The grocery section looked good and well stocked. Braums use to be a wonderful place to go for a meal or a snack. Hopefully, enough reviews and complaints will turn the company around. Over that past several years and different stores I’ve noticed the “unkept” state of the dining areas.
Braum’s is still my favorite place for dairy products. However, since COVID hit, I’ve noticed that they barely add anything to their ice cream anymore. For example, cookies and cream. Loaded with cream and barely any chunks of cookies. Same for other flavors I’ve tried. If you want basic ice cream flavors that’s fine.
Braums has the best ice cream and hamburgers hands down . No one can compete with either as its always fresh . Always homemade and always the best quality and the best quantity at the best price in the business. Oklahoma Company what else can I say their name speaks for themselves .
Braum's has great ice cream in cartons and in cones. There are dozens of flavors. Their cone prices are among the lowest I've seen.
I would have given 5. Stars except the cashier's that waited on me didn't realize that the order she was looking at several times in 12 minutes was the one that she had just took from me 15 minutes before, with only 2 other orders taken afterwards, maybe she was new to the job? Thanks it was still worth the stop, great burger and shake!!!

I love Braums. So easy to run in and get a few things for supper. Quicker than going to larger grocery store. And......their ice cream is the best!
Not all Braum's are created equal. Thus one has the consistency in there burgers. Always my go to for fast food burgers, fries and sweet tea. Plus ice cream all of it is so good
