Great sandwich and service. The salted caramel chocolate chip cookie was amazing. I came into eat when it was snowing, and the lobby was ridiculously cold. I'd recommend serving hot drinks or better insulating during snowy seasons.
They took too long to get my order. I had to use my debit card instead of paying cash for my order. When I got my got my order it had lettuce on my fish sandwich. I told them no lettuce on my fish sandwich. I can't eat lettuce on anything. I would have to be in the hospital throwing up blood. I am the one who goes thru the pain and many other things. I want my order the way I ordered it Not the way you want it. The woman was rude to me over it.

The food is always fresh and you rarely have to wait very long. The sweet kid in the drive thru tonight was extremely nice and respectful- some other locations could learn from him!
The Asst Manager was the only person working at 9 pm. We walked in and there where 6 of us and she had the best attitude that I've seen in a long time. She had our order out pretty quick, and everything was hot. The upper management need to give this lady a raise and some help.
Love this place it's not very busy and you get your food very fast
There were three employees at 6 pm. There were no other customers and it still took ten minutes to get our food. Plus they short changed the sauce.
Didn’t want to drive across Yukon, so went to Arby’s and order Brisket sandwich. Get home and the meat is like leather. (Noon on a Sunday) Drive back and ask for refund. Young man working the front was polite, manager was making food. He knew the brisket was dry, but made no attempt to correct anything. Can’t blame him though, having to cook and manage a store is surely stressful. Wasted an hour messing with Arby’s and had to drive across Yukon anyways.
