Our waitress was extremely nice, I don't remember her name but she should get a raise. I didnt give 5 stars because when we were there it was super hot, like the AC was broken or something. It made us leave quicker than normal. The food was good though at reasonable prices.

This is my first time at zio's and unfortunately it was a very bad experience. We went on a Friday evening around 6. The temperature outside was 100 plus, we did not notice the note on the door stating that they had no AC until we was on our way out the door. We were seated we complained to each other about the heat but we chose to stay so cannot continue to complain but it was very uncomfortable I really wish we would have left at that point. The service went downhill from there. It took us over an hour and a half to eat and get out of that place and that was way too much time in there. I don't know if everyone was just moving slow because it was so hot but we didn't even get to order our food until 30 minutes after being seated. We chose to stay! bad decisions!! I will have to come back to see if it is better. so the food was mediocre I got a lasagna my friend she got some chicken pasta. Although I do feel like a salad should be included with your dinner.
Got the Italian nachos. Always good.Service was nice and for came quick enough. Well definitely go back and hope they have their AC fixed next time
Spent the afternoon in Tulsa running a few errands and decided to eat a late lunch at Zio's. It was not very busy at the time so I can not review the service at peak hours but we were promptly seated and well taken care of. The chicken parmigiana was very good and my wife also ventured out and tried something different that she thought was good as well. The food was priced accordingly and would fall under or at some of the other Italian chains that you could visit. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for Italian in the Tulsa area!!
Calamari was way over cooked and tasteless, even the fried veggies that comes in the order had no flavor. Spaghetti was fair, but meatballs had little flavor, as did the Italian sausage, and the chicken was mushy and bland. The ONLY saving factor was the pasta sauce.
We had a party of six and it started out as one of the worst experiences at any restaurant waiting for over 40 minutes to get our order taken we almost left. The manager, Carla, was the reason why this is 5 stars!! She went absolutely above and beyond to take care of us. She was just phenomenal and made our horrible visit one of the best!! Hats off to Carla she was soooo amazing and helpful. She even made our appetizers & two of the dinners. She's how customer service should be. Carla thank you again for taking care of us and for making a miserable time one of the best ever!! Because of you & the great food we'll be back for sure.
I have ordered a tiramisu from zios and it is 1 inch only and it is ridiculously small. I called the restaurant and he told me that's just the way they cut it and there is nothing they can do. Will not buy it again.
I'm from Colorado and this place was stunning. The Italian vibe is strong here, especially the given decorum. The atmosphere was hectic but staff had a very good handle on it despite having a dishwasher leave mid-service. Staff did extremely well getting dishes out and tending to their tables. Shawn H. Is an absolute joy. He checked on us regularly and apologized for the unnecessary delays which I believed were adequate. The food was phenomenal as expected. The chiefs here clearly appreciate taste and put the love into fine dining. If I complained about anything it would be the calamari had too much seasoning. Regardless of that, it was an enjoyable experience and I tend to visit again when back in OK.
Good food, friendly service, priced moderately $$. Bread, oil served at the table, food arrives quickly, great selections, large portions.
I just want to say that the manage Darrel was exceptional. I had had such a bad experience there before that I was skeptical on coming back but he made sure this time was awesome. My server Edward was one of the best servers I had anywhere. I’m also a server and asst manager at a restaurant and give credit where credit is due. Thanks Darrel and Edward!!
