Normally their service is great, but today whoever’s on drive thru shouldn’t be. I won’t be coming back for awhile.I tried coming back again. NEVER order online. It’s pointless. They will steal your money and make sure you don’t have a way to eat before work.
If you're hesitant, do it! One of my personal favorite chicken places. They are fast, clean, and always friendly. The prices have gone up, but it's still worth it to me. A snack pack was $7.29 for three tenders, texas toast, and seasoned crinkle fries. Plenty to fill me.
The salt was extreme for all of us and my husband loves some salty food. I've ate at a different location and did not experience this.
Better than some chicken places. The Texas toast is got bragging rights for sure it adds a piece of mmmmmm to the chicken.
I love Zaxby's but this location is always super slow. We've been there a handful of times and everytime it is extremely slow
Got 2 blts and a salad. The salad was great and freakin huge! 5 stars for that. The sandwiches fell apart and the bread was soggy. Still ate it but it'd be nice if it stayed together. 3 stars.
Writing this review after still sitting here waiting for 25 mins and my order was placed at the back for some reason .while people who came in after me was served before. When I asked the cashier where is my order I was told that it was not made as yet. This place is super slow . Hopes it improves soon
Never been to Zaxbys and the commercial looks pretty good. so....we checked it out. The wings were the tiniest wimpiest wings I've ever seen. They were not hot temperature wise and the tongue torch sauce is a joke. Not even close to being considered a hot sauce. Chicken strips were not too bad....but definitely NOT worth $26 for two meals. Very disappointed and WILL not be back
Went for a 3 piece tenders with fries and toast. I was the first meal of the day at 11:10 AM. The tenders were far from it. The french fries were cold. The toast was cold, dry and tough. This food served to me was obviously left over food from the previous day. It is a disgrace that they would serve yesterday's food, but obviously it was .
Food was great but cole slaw had a funny, funky taste.
