We went with family including two 10 year old boys and there were six of us in total. We all ordered sushi and some nigiri and the food was delicious with beautiful presentation. the server was very attentive and great with the boys. Overall a very nice experience and we will for sure go back when in the mood for sushi.
We had Richard as a server. He was knowledgeable about the whole menu, especially the sake. He gave great recommendations and was always super helpful when we had questions. I’m times like these, customer service is a luxury, but man he’s the best. Couldn’t recommend more.Also, the food was so great.
I moved away from Tulsa for a few years but returned a couple years ago. I remember the excellent food and service at Yokozuna downtown. Well…my experience at Yokozuna on yale was terrible the first time i tried it. I understand places can have an off day so i tried again recently. Terrible service, terrible presentation and terrible taste. I wont waste my time or money again at any location.
I love the pork belly ramen so much, but this particular night we went in, and was seated right before a group of at least a dozen people. I figured we were screwed and would never see our waiter again. Our server, Leo, was AMAZING! Our glasses stayed full, we got our food quickly, and he even had a few minutes to chat. 10/10 will go back!
Waiter was helpful and knowledgeable about menu items for a new diner. The food was at a great temperature and seasoned well. Well definitely make this a monthly visit. Fried dumplings were fantastic!!!
Excellent food! The wait staff was terrific. They cleaned tables promptly and disinfected all surfaces. The prices were reasonable. Overall, it was a great dinner!
Very pleased with the service and food here. The food is always on point and the menu has so many options! I really love their sweet potato fries and of course I love the sushi. Go, Go, Go!!
Ivan is awesome. I ask for him every time I come in. We have become somewhat regulars here, coming atleast once a week, and Ivan is always in a great mood. Food is consistently on point, and I love that I get to use my McNellie’s passport and get points!

This place was recommended by a local while I was out for errands.While I generally hold a healthy skepticism of sushi joints located nowhere near a body of water or a port, I was thoroughly impressed by Yokozuna. Great service there, and the Hot Mess roll was damned delicious.
