They took over 45 minutes to an hour per person and are rude about it. Don’t ask twice about your order or they’ll take longer on purpose. Multiple employees got an attitude with guests when asked about their orders, one even acted like they were about to fight them if they said another word. Oh also after an hour wait time they told me I couldn’t get a refund and half my order wasn’t coming out. Calling corporate tomorrow with employee names.

Worst than the mid Tulsa locations. Rosa if that’s her name was horrible at the register. As soon as we walked in she was watching the tv with her headphones in(very childish act) and as soon as I went to give my name she wants to cut me off and ask what my name is. Waited patiently for my food. Checked it and of course she must of not heard the order correct because she put sauce on wings that supposed to be plain… then rudely told me it would be another 20 minutes for 10 plain wings while my other wings get cold. PAY your employees and hold them ACCOUNTABLE for THEIR ACTIONS! Or tell your customers the hostess are extremely rude! The girl at the counter needs a babysitter. Not a manager.

If I could give less than one star I would. 0/10 do NOT recommend. We walked in and the girl at the front was immediately rude, she cut me off while I started to order, rolled her eyes when I asked a question, and mean mugged so hard when I asked where the cups where. The drinks all were so nasty. Food was OK and we waited over 20 mins for it while others were being filled before ours. Felt so uncomfortable just for existing. Like I ruined her whole day just by walking in. Hopefully it was just a bad day. But I would go to ANY other location. Just not this one.

Oh when I arrived I had to wait several minutes before the person would come and talk to me. When they did they let me know that my order was still being repaired so I waited an additional 10 minutes before I went back to the front counter. I had to wait for her to get on a phone call even though I was standing there before the phone rang and she took the call. Finally a second employee came to the front counter but by then several new people had entered the store. When she came up instead of talking to me who is closest to the front counter she talk to the person behind me and took their order instead of asking me what I was doing and checking on my order. Once she was done with him she came to me and my order has been sitting up there for about 10 minutes

These guys refuse to keep the grease off my food tha fries are always drenched in grease with no seasoning and tha chicken has so much left over grease I'd be better off microwaving chicken nuggets. Get y'all Shii together quickly

The food was horrible. Pretty sure my wings were left over from the day before. Gross

Food was good as usual. Person at cash register let me order 3 drinks. I go over to fill them and all carbonation was gone/non existent. I went back over and asked if they could fix it. They(same person that let me order) told me that, yea it's been down for a while and didn't have the stuff to fix it. I don't know about you, but before they let me pay for the drinks, it sure would've been nice to know that their pop machine wasn't working correctly. Just errked me pretty bad. Kitchen was pretty nasty, instead of sweeping up, guys in the back just decided to kick things out of their way.

So I accidentally placed an order this evening at this location when I meant to place the order at 81 and Tulsa hills. I called to cancel the order. The guy employee answered the phone and he told me that they already made it I apologized and explained what had happened.. Then he said that I was RUDE! It was clearly my mistake but for a restraunt to tell me I was rude for canceling the order and hang up on me... I will NEVER use this location again. No wonder this place has went down to a 3.6 star review when some of their employees don't know how to talk to a customer or communicate appropriately... shame.

They gave me wrong order first I left the store and was walking to my car in parking lot and one of the employee run outside to tell me it was wrong order that she handed to me, I went back and wait more, and after 5-10 min I got my order. When I came back home I saw that it was again wrong order. I ordered 1x large 10 pc wing combo but they gave me 8 pcs wing combo (I double checked and counted them). It’s 11 pm so I didn’t go back I ate whatever it was in the bag. Other customers also were complaining about they got their order late. Not planning to go back there.
