If you order through Doordash the service is fast and the food is excellent! I'll probably never visit the store based on reviews I've read here but I'll definitely be ordering through Doordash again. I had classic lemon pepper and Louisiana rub wings. Lemon pepper was perfection, Louisiana rub was more oily than spicy, I was thinking it'd be hotter like Louisiana hot sauce but it wasn't bad. Can't wait to try the other flavors!UPDATE: so the key apparently is to order doordash in the afternoon. I tried it at night and they wouldn't give the dasher an ETA on my order and then after like an hour the store canceled it altogether. Ugh

Slowest food place I've been at. Arrived at the latest estimated time of completion. Waited in lobby for an additional 60 min. So for a total of 1 hour and 30 min they couldn't make 30 wings. Probably worste service I've gotten. I'll recommend anyone and everyone to expect to wait if you order food. If they say 30 min it may be 1 hour and 30 min.

My Uncle went here. Had to wait 35 minutes in the lobby for his food. Said that all they care about is make the orders that got called in or internet orders get made first. An they set the shelf for awhile. Said he had seen people come up to get their order after it was called out. Since they weren't right their they thru it up on the shelf and walked away. An the food was not all that. Not really any hospitality of service.

I highly recommend going to any location but this one. Ordered on the app and it said it would be 60 minutes. I got to the restaurant at 65 minutes thinking it should be ready. When I walked in they had four people working. One sweeping the floor, one doing dishes, and one wiping counters, the fourth was just standing there talking. I get that they need to clean but when I got there they hadn't even started my order yet. After standing at the counter for 5 minutes someone finally asked if I had an order.

Terrible location. If I could give a 0/5 I would. I didn’t see one worker wearing gloves or a hairnet or anything. The workers didn’t even take my order for over 5 minutes of me just standing and waiting at the counter even tho some people were standing around and not even working. They didn’t even acknowledge that I was there, even tho they were staring at me. They told me 20 minutes wait time for 20 wings and I was there over an hour. After 45 minutes had gone by and I asked how long was left they reassured me that I was next and that was not the case. It was very frustrating. There were people who came in well after me with bigger orders that got their stuff before me. The workers seemed to have zero regard for customer service. I will definitely never be going back to this location. This place has been declining badly over the years.

I would have given zero stars if I could have. I placed an online order for two 10 peice wing combos. I just happened to check my account and noticed that I had been charged 3 times for the same order. I immediately called the store. I had to call over and over for like 20 min to get through. Once I finally got through I was immediately placed on hold and hung up on after fifteen mins. I called back and was out on hold again. After another 5 min of being on hold I decided to just start driving up there. I got there while still on hold and another 15 mins passed. I walk in the door and watch the lady at the front counter hang up me. After standing in line for 20 mins I finally got someone to acknowledge my presence. I told the lady at the front counter what had happened. She was very rude and basically told me that wingstop had never charged me and they couldn't and wouldn't do anything for me. I showed her where I ordered it online and pulled up my banking app to show her where I'd been charged 3 times. She seemed not to care at all and countiued to offer no help or solutions.so all in all day the end of everything I was charged 100 dollars for food I never received, wasted an hour and a half of my time, and had to go get food elsewhere. I will never order from here again and I recommend that no one else does either.

First I would like to address the fact that this store has Serious issues.First unlike other Wingstops this one Doesn’t have military discount.Second I called 8 times only to be hung up on.Three of the times come to find out the woman answering the phone didn’t speak English she speaks Afghan.Third the long wait for wings.1 1/2 hours for wings.Spoke to staff found out they all couldn’t stand how the owner was and how they were short staffed.Two people cooking others bagging.The staff did not have good words for the franchisee/owner.And after all that the Order was still messed up.$30 for waiting 1 1/2 hours and wrong order.I do not recommend this place.No military discount unlike others.2 no receipt.3 terrible phone service.4 terrible wait times for wings.5 noticed numerous potential customers walk out as soon as they heard 1-2 hour wait for wings.6 no regards to company professionalism.7 profit over customer service.8 will not return.9 wrong order.

They left the dressing out and wanted me to drive back and get and then eat cold food. This is not the first time they have screwed up but I am a glutton for punishment however never again and I am gonna blast them on everyone of my social media accounts

The service here is awful. They mess up your order consistently. Sometimes they forget your order. I love wings. The store is a mess as well. The wings here are gross. Go to Macks Wings

Tv in the lobby and music in the back were so loud you couldn't hear the person taking orders which is probably why my order was wrong. 6 employees there and only one was actually working. The store was a mess which I'm not really sure why since you can't eat inside. Around the pop machine including the floor was sticky and wet from drinks being spilled no rugs out or wet floor signs so hopefully nobody falls.
