The older lady who was manager was very unprofessional in handling the question I had. On the menu it clearly states in the description with the pancakes you get your choice of meat, bacon or sausage.....well I tried to explain that to her and she got very rude with me and told me no you only get get meat if you buy the platter or meal.....but when you look at the menu it says the meal comes with hashbrown and a drink for $2 extra......well I didn't want hashbrowns or a drink.....but I did want some sausage with my pancakes....so she forced me to buy the meal for $2 extra and didn't charge me any extra for all that attitude she gave me over a sausage patty that says comes WITH mu meal....Boo!!! Poor people skills and bad service.
As if whataburger needed better reviews after that epic video about them having the best burger that's so good dude wanted to lick the wrapper! This location has the best vibe of any drive through I've ever been to. Tracy is such an asset to you guys, and I hope you know how lucky you are! He's a natural salesman, and his enthusiasm is contagious. Ella was at the window. She was just as high energy and accommodating. It's really refreshing to go through a drive through and not feel like everyone hates their job.
I've been eating at this Whataburger my whole life, and I'm 35, I don't know if anybody remembers Whataburger Wednesdays. That was back when you could go on a Wednesday by a Whataburger for $2.15 and get one free, anyways, I like to go there and get a sweet and spicy bacon burger combo with onion rings and a frozen Dr pepper shake, and a fried apple pie for dessert. You guys should try it sometime if you haven't.
1st things 1st the staff is so helpful and kind both the day and night teams! I ment to leave this review past week but I lost my wallet and it fell out of my car about 11 at night. Next day I'm looking for it and couldn't find it to save my life, as the last resort I called this location the last place I was at with my wallet and they had it! So respectful and nice they all were I was so worried! Tracey the manager was quite amazing, thank you all.❤
I have a better experience at 71st and Mingo or 41st and Sheridan than when I come here. Unfortunately, the customer service/food hasn't improved in the past 3 years.
Ordered online...CHECK YOUR ORDER CAREFULLY! Glad I checked mine, they had messed up my burger completely! When the manager finally asked me what was wrong, I explained, he the rushed my burger through and handed it to me, THEN tossed me a cookie and said, "sorry bout that..."Your staff is only as professional as their manager! And no one at this restaurant was professional!For $49+, I arrived home with cold food.
Reading comments and see not much has changed. I use to work there and some of the employees was RUDE and one that recently got rehired would call me "fry girl" not my name. She got her supervisor position back instantly Sam is her name. There is a few employees that was a delight to work with but the one I loved working with was Terri! She always goes above and beyond her duties she deserves to be promoted. The night time management kimberley is as bad as Sam both rude and uncaring about their staff and I was usually the one they'd both target and treat like I was dirt on the floor.
They are short-staffed, so the wait was a bit longer than expected. The staff was friendly and the food was good

I usually receive very good service here, not today! Had to wait 30 minutes for a salad!! and than when I came home and opened my salad my eggs are missing and as I started to eat my salad majority of it is withered bad lettuce! Highway disgusted
