Second in line and took over 20 mins. Handed me my Large sweet tea and it had zero ice in it. Then after the wait, there was no fries in the bag. I told them what I ordered and it was another 2 mins just to get the fries. Drove my truck around went in and poured some tea out and added ice from inside the lobby. Not sure what has happened at this location but it seems to be a complete cluster, or the food is awful everytime.
Over half hour wait for two burgers. Another 15 minutes to get a refund instead. I then watched them try and charge a customer for Dipping sauce after he received his meal without any. I Was initially excited to try this brand of fast food being we live 4 hours from the closest location. Will pass it by next time. I'm sure it's a great burger but would highly recommend another stop and avoid this location. Jamie is not a people person and avoided dealing with any customers.
Whataburger - your food is so craveable, which makes this the more disappointing:We ordered through the app for curbside pickup. We arrived at the Whataburger in Tulsa Hills (Tulsa, OK) at 6:21 PM. Good because the app said the order would be ready between 6:21-6:23 PM. I immediately checked in in Parking Space 1. We waited 20 minutes curbside. No One even acknowledged our presence. I went to the door and found it locked. I was ignored by 2 employees when I knocked. Finally one employee vaguely waved me off. My order vanished from the app, but it was already paid for. Knowing my wife is better equipped for this (not as hot headed as I am), I went back to the car and told her. She went the door and shook the door until an employee opened it. She was told they closed the lobby (other people were there eating inside) because they were short staffed. The manager told my wife they were out of fish (why did the app let me order it???). They did not cancel my order, they just didn't give us our food. The manager (whose name I am withholding from this public post) flippantly told my wife to go to customer care and request a refund.
Food was hot and fresh. We were welcomed with smiles and a very inviting atmosphere. Love the old style shape of the store. Very well upkeep and tidy restrooms. Good menu selection. We arrived late at night when it was quiet and the on shift management was working on schedules and was very friendly and supportive to her staff. New Dr. Pepper shake was fantastic.
Great 50s diner style restaurant chain. They cook the food fresh. They also have seasonal and limited time shakes on the menu. I love the Dr. Pepper shake it is fantastic and when they have it I will make sure to get on. They have a huge menu ans lots of great choices. This store is well run ans very clean, and the staff are all friendly and helpful.
What can I say, its Whataburger! Excellence in burgers and this time did not disappoint. Great hot fresh food, very little wait time and the spicy ketchup is fantastic...both varieties! If you have never been then you are definitely missing out! GO!
Came to Whataburger in Tulsa hills lobby says it’s open till midnight doors locked at 10 we tried the other door it was open so we came in to eat and the manager makes a remark about us being ignorant the experience he’s very rude and wearing his hat sideways wouldn’t recommend this place at all very rude manager horrible experience how ever the lady running the register was a very nice lady
This is a LARGE onion ring? For almost $4?! Y'all didn't even come close to filling this thing, like come on now! I got straight ripped off. I really don't know why everyone raves about Whataburger so much.
This location messes up orders at least 3 out of 4 orders I buy. They don't check what they hand out to the customer. When you call to talk to manager no answer. I filed a complaint with national headquarters. Received message that manager would call to fix problem. Never follow on complaints. Very tired of poor service. Will not go to this location again and will tell all I know not to use this establishment.
While I love thus place normally and the staff were great. I feel like the meat was non existent like I was eating a burger w just veggies. The inside was so cold we had to leave early. I mean super cold. Please turn heat on when its 20 degrees outside.
