friendly staff and good food
Slowest service in town no other Whataburger around is this slow up to 5 minute wait at the speaker then 10 minutes to get your order line into the next parking lot at all times cant order online most times its completely turned off and yes Im aware they can turn that on or off they prefer to do a slow minimum job its pure laziness. Mr. Harmon Dobson would be disgusted at the lack of work going on here.
What is there to say. The food was good, affordable prices. The day we visited it was a very long wait in the drive through but it's like that just about everywhere else in 2022
Good courteous drive thru staff. Made substitutions and add-ons to our order and requested fresh fries and everything came just as ordered. Will come again!
Disappointingly so, not very good.I've always been a fan of Whataburger. Always. I'm questioning my opinion at this point. The fries were cold and tasteless. The tomato was almost white, no flavor. It was not hot, accompanied with a rather cool bun. Used to be a huge fan. Not so much.Will be quite some time before I visit them again. Too bad.
Waited over an hr to get our food and when my wife told the employee that the online ordering wasn't working she acted like it wasn't her problem and didn't say oh let me get my manager or anything. I guess customer service went out the window when they got the min. Wage increase. Glad I was raised when customer service was something you tried to show the customer. Not on how bad you didn't want to be at your job.
Whataburger is my favorite fast food - hands down.After moving to Tulsa last year, I have yet to find a decent Whataburger. This one is especially bad for the length you wait for the food inside and drive through.Peoria and 15th is worse on food quality - always cold.Seriously disappointing when a food chain this good has horrible service across multiple locations in Tulsa. Please step up your game, Tulsa Whataburgers.
Generally Whataburger is a decent place to eat for a fast food burger joint but here lately it seems as though it takes forever to get your order the lines are long and the process is slow I waited at least 45 minutes in line to get my order that will deter me from probably going back next time but other than that they make a good burger and if you don't mind the weight I think you'll be satisfied with the food.
Second worst restaurant in Tulsa, with the 15th and Peoria Whataburger coming in first. How can any business accept such a gross level of inaccuracy? I still have gone back against my better judgement and recieve wrongs drinks, cold food, etc. Do better. Or don't. Doesn't matter to me. You're out of my rotation for good.
Always a great burger at Whataburger. First time we've at in since the pandemic. Lobby was very messy with the employees break table covered in cups and cocoa packets. No offer for ketchup either. But, the burger and fries were hot and delicious.
