Stopped for dinner and lady running the drive thru was super quiet (not just the speaker, we could barely hear her at the window), irritated, and couldn't understand the simplest of orders to the point where she didn't even put the order in correctly. After getting our food and going inside to correct the issues, the manager was very helpful! She immediately corrected our order and corrected her employees who screwed up.
Is it late at night? Are you drunk? Do you enjoy waiting forever in a drive thru line when you could just go inside?Well this is the place for youToo much onion and mustard. You can’t even taste the overflowing grease they shoved in a burger patty.
I don't visit this location anymore. My son and I were ordering food here and the manager and two young female employees were slinging 'N words' faster than burgers were moving out of the place. I was disgusted, and that's not typical for Whataburger or appropriate in a customer service or any professional setting. Really disappointing. We were going to dine in but chose to take our oder to go.
Normally our favorite place to eat... but we usually order from the yale location... since this one is only 3 blocks away, we just stopped in there... huge mistake... waited over 30 minutes on our Togo order and then drove less than 5 minutes home to cold hard rubbery fries and burgers... absolutely disgusting and unacceptable... I'll never use this location again!! With the wait time I would have expected everything to be hot and fresh... wow I was completely wrong!
Honestly it is the best fast food burgers. They are slow even at the best of times though. So order ahead on their app. They are really good at getting it to you at the time it says. Always hot and fresh and bursting with flavor.Fries are also good, only fries that still taste good cold, though still cold fries.
Good, big hamburgers as usual. Breakfast pretty good too. Fairly fast service...inside and drive through. Half-way decent prices.
This was my first time trying Whataburger (just moved from NE) The burger was dense and heavy, really flavorful! I like thicker buns though, these reminded me of a bigger McDonald's bun. I got the sweet & spicy bacon, but probably should have just tried the original. Fries were cold, they offered me ketchup & then didn't give me any ?
Seems to me that they have lost their touch on the juiciness and flavor of their sandwiches. Not only did they not have the pineapple burger I loved, but the bbq chicken was horrible. Had no flavor and was dry, very unenjoyable. Looked like an adult version of McDonalds Mc Chicken.
The workers do not take your orders correctly and give you the wrong food items. Customer service is so horrible these days. No one wants to sit in your long drive thru lines and go home with the wrong food and drink items - how did I get a root beer instead of a sweet tea? !!! Cold fries and messes up my burgers - so sad want be back to this Whataburger
The drive thru area was clean and easy to maneuver through. I was able to order quickly and efficiently, the staff at the window were clean and looked at ease even with a line around the building. The food was wonderful and hot! Since it was my first time there I didn't know what to expect, there wasn't grease dripping off the burger at all, it wasn't smashed nor was the packaging uncared for. This place is great for a quick bite!
