The staff is mostly nice. There's a cook that needs an attitude adjustment, but the staff is decent. There were several things out of stock, which the waitress did tell us before we ordered. The quality of food, well, its alright...just not up to my standards I suppose. Make sure your silverware is actually clean before you use it though. It was SUPER busy too.
Josh took our order at the Waffle House on 11th & 169 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is in training. He did a good job. I hope to have him as our waiter again.
The service was good and waitresses were polite and friendly and courteous and professional the food I ordered wasn't all that great could have been just that particular item but I do think that it looks like Waffle House may have made some improvements since the last time I've been there several years ago
Some folks are surprised to find I like Waffle House. I suppose that my dislike of many big corporations colors opinion. I have rarely seen a more consistently happy staff, than at these shops. And they are really just diners from a stamp. If you've been following me you know I like diners.I had an eight drive today, so I stopped in for lunch. I could have stopped in the National Forest, but the temperature was hovering around freezing and the picnic tables were covered in ice. I'm on my way to the Louisiana bayou, but I'll sleep in Texarkana's Rest Stop. Also 5 stars.

Worst waffle house I've ever been too, terrible service, none of our food came out correct and they basically told us that was how we were going to eat it because that's how they made it. Honestly I've never had a worst experience, I understand the location of this waffle house is terrible and very sketchy but the food and service shouldn't match the location, this place need more training and someone from corporate office needs to come in, have a seat without saying anything, watch how they operate, I guarantee you they will shut the operation down for the rest of the day to get things right
I love coming to this waffle house specifically. They're great people and I can't wait to come in every day after work and enjoy a nice breakfast and some coffee. 10/10 would recommend. Also they're really needing people right now so if you're interested call the store. ??
Horrible. They had a spoon and knife on the table. No fork. I started eating with a spoon. After about 5 minutes my bf asked about forks. Never places salt and pepper on the table. I order 2 egg breakfast with ham, double hash browns, toast, and a side of biscuits and gravy. I thought I vaguely heard the cook tell the waitress there was no gravy but she never came and told me that. I got my eggs scrambled and they were terrible. They tasted like water. And we're pretty wet, too. I couldn't finish them. The hash browns were good. The ham was good. The toast was almost burnt. The waitress was scatter brained and cussing a lot and mumbling under her breath about some "b**** who needs to leave" who had been there awhile. I mean I cuss. But I see it as unprofessional. Especially since it happened more than once and the second time was loudly exclaiming "s***" they seemed pretty short staffed because the waitress had to help the cook. She was pretty scarce. So instead of waiting for her to refill my drink I just drank my boyfriend's. All in all, it was a pretty trashy looking place, they were really slow (cooking and such), and the food selection was small, and it didn't taste well.
