Second time there. I sat at the bar. 3 tvs all playing the same girls field hockey match; ok?! Loud dance music playing in bad acoustics for no apparent reason. I couldn't even understand the bartender as he was taking my order. I got the spaghetti and meatballs for $15 and the portions are TINY!! Nothing special at all and I ate it all in like 4 or 5 bites. Also, there's no warning that the meatballs are spicy. I've had my gall bladder removed so I don't digest spicy food well. 1% chance I return in the next 10 years. Tyler, the bartender was friendly, competent, and attentive. He is the reason why this isn't a 1 star review.
When we arrived, we opted to sit at the bar because we have always had great service there in previous dining experiences. We sat at the bar for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. Alexis was the bartender and was slammed. She was running between orders, restocking glasses, closing tickets, taking orders, etc. The manager was also behind the bar “helping”, but in reality, he skipped us in bringing menus/greeting us and went to another patron at the bar to talk for almost an hour. It was rude being completely disregarded by the manager during our dining experience. Alexis stepped in and saved the day. She was awesome with service and took care of the entire bar with a smile on her face. Food was great as always.
Great spot for a pizza! Large selection of pizza and a create your own option. Very diverse wine list as well. Service was excellent. It's on the pricey for a fancy pizza but what isn't pricey these days ?♂️
i didn’t know they sold skinny wings.. they were really good but come on. and the wing i showed in the picture was one of the bigger ones
Perfect spot with a tasteful menu that doesn’t break the bank. Try the sweet tea! It’s to die for
The service was terrible, The pizzas are tiny and so very greasy. Was very disappointed
We had a fantastic lunch here. Our server was very attentive, and we were all extremely pleased with the food. A surprisingly good pizza selection, albeit a little on the more expensive side. The gluten free crust options (two different ones depending on size) were nice, and honestly the overall flavor was great. They have great ranch dressing too, so that’s a big plus.Definitely worth a lunchtime visit if you’re in the mood for a pizza!
We had Alyssa at he bar and she was simply lovely, efficient, and personal able. I loved the new tea cocktail
Disappointing, ordered a meatball sub for takeout was told it would be 25 minutes arrived with 10 minutes to spare and it was already ready when I got it home it was cold and I only live 10 minutes away. The first thing I noticed was no napkins no Fork the sandwich it was about 7 to 8 in long with four meatballs cut in half hardly any sauce meatballs were dry and without flavor and the bread was stale. The cheese the cheese had gotten hard and had the appearance of melted plastic I doubt it was actual provolone probably some kind of commercial cheese like product mostly consisting of vegetable oil. Oh and I almost forgot the first time I called I got transferred over to the take out desk and hung up on and called back again the place my order that should have been my first clue that this wasn't going to be a good experience. Did they come with a side of pasta salad which wasn't very bad at all. If not for that I would be giving only one star the young lady that took my order on the phone spoke so fast and mumbled her words that I had to repeatedly asked her to slow down and speak clearly. I can't imagine how much of a headache it is these days to be a manager and find competent people that can do the job. Needless to say I will not be returning to dine in or take out. It wasn't long ago but I would have maybe 1 out of 10 unpleasant restaurant experiences but unfortunately now it is more like 6 out of 10 times I leave with regret and buyer's remorse. I feel that we are in the Twilight of the American Experience and we should all feel ashamed for letting apathy and indifference become our guiding principle.
The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, we always have a great experience. Bustling yet organized. Pizza crust is charred just right and the Hawaiian (and the Numbers and the Michaelangelo) really hit the spot. Share a hot cookie with ice cream to top off your meal. Great place!
