if i could give it zero stars, i would. the customer service here was atrocious, specifically the young lady named Angela. when i went through the drive through last weekend, she was saying curse words to a fellow employee and overall had an attitude with me. I was scared to drink my smoothie because i honestly thought she had spit in it. Would never go here if she’s working ever again.

Tonight through the drive thru I Was given the wrong smoothie and charged for 2 items that were missing and tried calling multiple times yet Nobody would answer, now they are closed. My last visit here was very similar…. Such Miserable experiences!!!!!!! Don’t come to this location service is awful.
I usually like eating here and this location is always good. Until today eating my food i found a little curly hair in my food.. very upsetting i got so sick to my stomach and literally vomited. Now I don’t know if hairnets are still a thing. But seriously it should be and be more mindful about it.
This is my favorite tropical in Tulsa. Food is always fresh and the smoothies have the perfect consistency. They never miss! Also always friendly ❤️
The service was quick but kinda rude. They talk over you before you even start to order. They must be in a hurry to get you something and get you out of there.
Get the kale apple slaw!!! Love this location, always clean and great service! I hope they bring back the Jamaican jerk this summer.

I called multiple times to put an order in no answer and when I got to the location at 330ish there were 5-6 employees, no customers inside, 3 cars in the drive thru, two employees were running around playing while the other 3 were working. I only have a limited time to grab food between the events I do for my job so I really find it unprofessional to walk in and see employees playing when they were unable to answer the phone which I assume is a job responsibility. The food was freshly made rather quickly but it could have been done by the time I arrived if they had answered instead of playing also I asked for a bahama mama add probiotic but didn’t get the probiotic which is something I always get because it’s beneficial for the body so instead of 5 stars I’m giving 2 stars, I hope to come back and give 5 stars
Terrible service! They were not friendly at all, sitting on phones and took forever.
