I normally get my food from a different location nearer my house, but they use unbelievably small portions of everything, leaving their food substandard (especially for the cost) and their bare-bones smoothies completely melted by the time they make it the 2.1 miles here. After several unsatisfactory/unaddressed issues with the other store, however, I tried ordering from this store, and after speaking with the manager Ana about some of my complaints, she went above and beyond to give us warm food and frozen drinks, and even couple extra straws, as the edible ones we'd been paying for at the other location were always left out on delivery. We've since had the same excellent care taken with our food during subsequent orders here... we appreciate getting our money's worth for a change!
I was attempting to place an order through door dash and they didn’t give me the option to add bacon to my sons order (which he must hv lol). I contacted the store and asked for them to just charge me over the phone to add the bacon and the store manager, Amy, said it was not at all necessary for me to do that and she would gladly add it to the order at no charge! Great customer service! She also added that she would reach out to door dash to have them fix this issue. Thank u so much Amy! You saved me from having to drive to the store and disrupt my cleaning spree!
They arnt dasher friendly I asked them 3 times if there was anything else to the order they said no so I head to my customers and I get a call from door dash saying I for got an item so then I go back and they refused to give me the customers drink I had to get rude for them to give me thair during made the order late so all other dashers watch out make sure they do give you all the items cuz they don't they ignore you on top of it

I have been to this location multiple times and they continue to fail. Considering they advertise "smoothie" in their name, I was optimistic that they would get an $8 Peanut Butter Cup Smoothie correct. The blended creation they handed me resembled of a Hawaiian shaved ice or snow cone due to it being more crushed ice than anything else. Definitely not the healthy post-workout smoothie that most customers are expecting.I look forward to their removal of "smoothie" from their signage stat.

Stop by and grabbed the Island Green Detox. It was really good. I normally get the avocolada but I wanted to try something different. The ladies working there were really nice and helpful. I’ll definitely be back
