We went back to our favorite smoothie place. A few weeks ago we had a bad experience here but thankfully the company emailed me and also sent me latter with a gift card. I can tell they care about there customers. I had my favorite smoothie the lean machine and it was delicious. I appreciate that they took the time to make good. I’m also very appreciative the company took my complaint seriously especially since it’s my favorite place to go after workout and before work and church ?
There's usually a bit of a line here where I go, but usually can get my food within a reasonable amount of time.
It's the managers! No matter which one I go to- and I go to every single one in town! This is the only tropical smoothie that makes the Chia banana boost the correct way and it tastes so good! ONLY the North tropical smoothie PINE AND PEORIA!! This is the only one I will go to! I drive 18 miles TO THIS ONE- JUST DO GET MY SMOOTHIE DONE RIGHT-& whenever I live 1.5 Mile away from another tropical smoothie.! Why? Once again, it is the managers! They do right! They make sure the smoothies are made right- THEY TEACH CORRECTLY- AND THEIR EMPLOYEES LISTEN! They make sure everything is THERE AND NOTHING IS MISSING- IT IS THE CONSISTENCY! That's the only thing I can think of and why they're smoothies always taste right and never lack anything! They're never missing any ingredients like every single other tropical smoothie that I've gone to. Of all the things to write about- I felt that this one deserved it- I've been meaning to tell them how much I simply appreciate them! That's it! So thank you to the pine and Peoria North tropical smoothie tulsa! Keep doing excellent! Don't stop! S-Felto
Messed up my order and I called trying to get a resolution. No one will care and they will pass you off to management who will act like you’re ridiculous for asking for what you paid for.
Great service friendly staff clean store anytime my son and myself visit the store because there's never a problem this is one of our favorite places
Went in to order and had to go back in two more times to get the correct order. It was dirty because I only saw it being run by young kids and the owners were no where to be seen. Wouldn't go back if i was paid :/
the customer service is terrible i asked for a sunset smoothie and they didn't give me a lid and they only gave me a medium when i payed for a large. And when i asked to speak to the manager the manager was very hostile towards me and i don't ever want to go back. STAY AWAY IF YOU KNOW WHATS GOOD FOR YOU
manager was yelling at employees right infront of me. very unprofessional and immature from their part. my smoothie had a hair in it and was extremely watery. all the sitting areas were very dirty and sticky. extremely disappointed.
Mold in my smoothie AND food? Should have known this establishment would be terrible, from the moment I stepped into the store I heard the management ABUSIVELY YELLING at the employees. Completely ruined the atmosphere while I was trying to enjoy my moldy lunch.
i’m so disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this establishment. this place is ran by children and there is no adults supervising the location. i’m honestly confused why this location is still open when people are finding non-food items in their drinks. smoothie wasn’t even that good.
